What the 1 stars are saying is true. Not professional at all. Came in with mentality that nothing is covered. The only thing that was prompt and good is when I asked him to work the issue outside warranty. Overall a bad experience.

Painless experience. I contacted them through a warranty company. They returned my call within 24 hours. My appointment was the next day. I had a 30 minute notice before they showed up. Brecco was corteous and efficient. I had a very simple problem but it was fixed with no problems. Only issue I encountered, was communication. They would call me and I would call them back right away and it would take a couple tries to reach someone. It seems they do not really have an office and the call goes to person doing the job and, understandably, they can't always answer right away. Would recommend and would use again.

We had Sears Home Warrantee hook us up with this company, for a kitchen, overhead light out. The electrician Rico and helper came out to our home. When they got there they observed our situation. Without doing any work Rico asked for his $60.00 copay and after recieving his money he flipped on the switch, and the lights came on. He then told us our house was wired wrong and was a fire hazard, and ""could kill someone""! We live in a custom home and there are some features that are a bit odd. But to flip a switch and charge 60.00 is f ing ridicules! If Sears hooks you up with this company, decline and ask for another contractor

Company was called out by warranty, and from these reviews I had the same experience. Looks like they make their money by not doing the work, and collecting the callout fee. Faster and easier for them to do. Scam service, beware.

They were so awesome,I posted a great post,it didn't go through,but I just want to say again, no one did or does a better job,I love the way they entered my home,the respect,and,wow, he was on point,found my problem in 20 min,great job B W,electric.

These guys are great. Honest and know what they are doing. I would use them again our One Guard home warranty sent them out to fix a burned fuse box. Did a good job and were very friendly.

These individuals came through Old Republic home warranty. Two gentlemen came. Very quiet and I had to prompt for information. One was polite and appeared to assist the mean one. The electrician made it his affair to not want to look at the three ceiling fans that needed service. He was on the phone constantly whispering to the dispatch or the warranty company. Either way I asked clearly what the issue was as it was clear it was a issue. He said they would let us know in a few days. Well upon leaving we got a call back and were told the ceiling fan was not covered. The electrician person disposition was not one of a person to come to do service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. He stated two ceiling fan had to be effected by a storm. The lights work on the ceiling fan but the fan did not. I asked when was the storm as I had only been in the home two weeks and it had not been one. I would not allow these individual to my home.

I called my home warranty company due to 3 electric outlets and the garbage disposal in my kitchen not working. They told me they were going to send BW Electric and I was very skeptical after reading these reviews. Today I had Breco from BW Electric in my home for about an hour. He called to let me know when he would arrive, he arrived on time, he was very friendly and most importantly he found the issue with the electrical problem in my kitchen. When he left all my electrical outlets were working and the reason they weren't in the first place was because the garbage disposal is throwing the breaker so I still have to have a plumber out. He called my home warranty company for me and explained the issue to them so that they could send the plumber. I am very happy with the service I received from BW Electric.

I had BW Electric out to my home as a result of a call to my Home Warranty. The guy barely spoke or made eye contact, and tested my wiring with a $10 circuit tester (something I could have done myself). I would have expected an experienced electrician to show some curiosity and want to understand what is causing my light bulbs to pop out of the fixture continuously over the past several months. Nope. He wrote up his report, saying my wiring worked. That was it. No care or interest to explore what the problem was. Never call this company.
