Great experience with BV Electric and Rigoberto. Easy to make an appointment, came quickly ( a few days), and did electrical work under our sink to add a circuit for our dishwasher. Estimated job would take 2 hours, only took 1. They were very professional, and did a great job. Will definitely call them when we need any work done in the future.

Fast in responding back. We had flickering lights, and sometimes the lights would get brighter. Sam came down and checked our circuit breaker which was fine, he tightened some screws that were loose. He also replaced an old receptacle in our kitchen, and fixed loose receptacles in our bedrooms. Very happy with their service. Sam was very nice and professional, and the cost was reasonable. We will be using their services in future. Great service!!

Terrible customer service! Scheduled an appointment for 10:30am. No show. No Phone Call. No courtesy email to let me know they were not coming until I phoned them at 11am. DO NOT use this company or you may find yourself waiting for nothing. The dude answering the phone sounds like he's about ready to fall asleep... neve appologized. Just said ""oh, sorry I guess the tech got stuck at another job""

Very, very pleased with BV Electric. Some companies did not not want such a small job of creating 3 dedicated lines for the appliances on the ground level, but BV Electric provided good service - from the initial inquiry, to the in- person estimate, to scheduling a timely appointment and finally to the work done, this company was customer focused - professional, courteous, friendly, efficient, skilled and respectful of my home (cleaned up well after finishing)....I only wish that I had asked, during the estimate meeting, if the company gave a senior discount, but still the price was fine.

I had a semi-urgent situation with my heating thermostat, and had Byron at my home fairly quickly. He was very courteous, fast and fixed the existing one. There was time for him to install two pendant light fixtures as well. He explained everything to me, cleaned up, and honored all of the Covid19 mandates. I'll schedule time to do some additional work in the near future.

Quick to respond. Two extremely professional and courteous electricians (including Yonny) came out to install two light sockets in my crawl space. They installed a new on-off switch and also replaced my old existing on-off switch because it wasn't great. Looks great and my crawl space is flooded with light! Highly recommend BV Electric.
