I had Wayne run a line and breaker for a new A/C that was installed, he did an excellent job. Showed up on time, was quick and best of all once he was into the job and saw an easier and quicker way to do it he adjusted his price for the work to be done. Very happy!

I had to replace my entire electric board panel at the house and met with a few companies. Wayne was by far the nicest, honest and really well priced electrician I met with. We discussed what I needed to get done and set up a time after I agreed to his estimate (which was very reasonable). The other companies I felt I was being taken advantage and treated like I wasn't a human being when they spoke to me. Wayne was knowledgeable, personable and did an outstanding job. I plan on using him after the holidays to add some new lighting in my house and already have recommended him to a few neighbors. If you are looking for someone who will do the job up to code, on time and is honest, then I highly recommend you call Wayne at Burbank Electric.

I had no power going to my garbage disposal and read a few great recommendations about Wayne and Burbank Electric. I made the call and Wayne arrived at the scheduled time. I found him to incredibly friendly, engaging, highly intelligent and incredibly competent. After analyzing the situation, he gave me a few options. I could have easily spent more money and energy taking things apart and busting a few holes in the wall to rewire a bum wire. Wayne found a very creative way to solve my problem for a very low price, $75.00. From here on out Wayne and Burbank Electric will always be my first call.

We had Wayne move our cable/internet outlet across the room. Repair some wiring to our chandelier, and install dimmer switches. He responded quickly, showed up on time, and was very professional. I highly recommend!!!

I needed an electrician to fix 3 main cables coming into the house. 2 bolts were pulled out of 3, which seemed very dangerous (specially when you have 3 kids and are always playing in the backyard). I already knew it would cost me an arm and a leg to fix. Called Wayne and he came right away. He gave me good news. Burbank Water and Power would replaced the cables for free, but I would have to put another bracket to hold the new cables. Wayne gave me an estimate of $160. He came and installed the bracket, and only charged me $110. What electrician gives you and estimate and charges you less? I loved the service.

We had two outlets that had been improperly wired by a previous handyman. (One blew up a vacuum cleaner, and the other one just stopped working.) I called Wayne on a Monday to see if he could come first thing on Tuesday, and he did. He was professional, fixed everything in less than an hour, and charged a rate that I found reasonable for the Burbank area ($75/hour). He just forgot to close the crawl space under our house, so that's why I didn't give him 5 stars. If I need any more electrical work, I will definitely call Burbank Electric again and not a handyman!

Have used Wayne over many years, and we have always been happy with his work. He came over quickly for an estimate and was able to come back and do the job in the next few days. He hung and rewired pendant lights in our kitchen , he worked quickly and cleaned up after him self. We always use him in the future

I have looked all around for someone eager and willing enough to change out the bulbs in our cathedral ceilings. Because some had actual fixtures that needed to be screwed off in order to replace the bulb, the job called for a very very tall ladder. Apparently, this is difficult to find among electricians in Burbank.

But not for Wayne at Burbank Electric. After finding him on Yelp, I called him up and we briefly discussed the situation. He said he would be able to do it .... and he totally did and knocked it right out of the park! He had a ladder in his truck tall enough to change out all of the bulbs in the place.... very knowledgeable about his work, you can tell. Rates were much cheaper than expected, and he earned it just for being so willing to check out the situation (rather than refuse to even see it). He came back with extra bulbs and the job was finished in under an hour. Woo hoo!

Wayne: punctual, honest, hard-working, energetic, down to earth, just a good guy. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Which would you rather have - an electrician who not only knows his craft, is honest, on time and reasonable? Or someone who tries to upsell you on unnecessary work and to buy new fixtures? If you choose the first one, then this is the company to use. Wayne is fully knowledgeable about all aspects of his work, is licensed, bonded and professional. He takes pride in doing the job correctly, As a homeowner on a budget, Burbank Electric is now on my list of ""businesses highly recommended."" I will use them in the future and tell all my friends in the Burbank area about the good experience of doing business with Wayne.

Very pleasant first meeting. Bid a little high, but we liked him. Thought he did a great job, until 2 things: the first was he advised us to keep a 2nd fuse box location in the house in addition to the fuse box on the outside. (our house is only 1300 sq. feet - ultimately we went with his recommendation, but later realized it was a totally unnecessary expense) and second, we discovered a couple of light switches no longer had power. When we called him back a couple weeks later his pleasant demeanor had turned to indignation as he accused us of having waited too long to call him - because its hard for him to recall the map of our wiring after so long a time (two weeks? really? don't you keep notes?) He went to great lengths to complain and inform us of how put out he was, the entire time he was fixing the problem, and asked for additional money for his trouble.

Good work. Over priced. Good actor.
