Would give Alex 10 stars if I could. Had a small job, a backsplash behind a stove. Well, wouldn't you know that despite me measuring 10 times, I didn't order the right number of tile sheets. Alex somehow made what I had work out by very carefully cutting the (fairly soft) tiles. Quality of work was great and at a fair price.

Highly recommend hiring Alex for home repairs and maintenance. We hired him to re-caulk and apply new grout in our bathrooms/showers, re-align kitchen cabinets, and fix our outdoor tile grout. First of all, he was very responsive over text and email when I reached out for quotes. Secondly, and what I appreciated most, was that he gave me clear estimates up front based on photos that I sent to him. This made it so much easier for me to budget accordingly as we didn't want to overspend! Thirdly, he was very professional and punctual when he arrived for his appointment and made sure to cover his shoes and clean up before and after the work was done. And fourthly, the work was very neat, carefully done, and Alex proactively suggested using a silicone-based product for showers to prevent cracking and made sure the colors matched. Overall, we plan to hire Alex again if available for future projects!
