Build Craft, Inc., a licensed General Contractor, excels in quality handyman repairs and home management services. My approach is to work on a time and materials basis, emphasizing the importance of quality work. Fixed pricing often results in poor quality work. Since its inception in 2005, Build Craft Inc. has focused on handyman repairs and home management as a licensed General Contractor. I take pride in delivering exceptional home improvement craftsmanship! My childhood was filled with building projects alongside my Dad in the garage. Later, I attended CSU Sacramento and earned a BS in Construction Engineering Management. My initial twelve years in the industry were spent as a project manager at a steel fabricator. Missing the hands-on aspect of my work, I decided to start Build Craft Inc. My goal is to provide high-quality craftsmanship for home improvements.

The majority of my work is done on a time and materials basis. This method allows me to maintain high standards and foster open communication. A fixed price can lead contractors to cut corners and overlook client needs. Profit margins can increase by using cheaper materials, rushing jobs, and ignoring issues.
