As a licensed General Contractor, Build Craft, Inc. specializes in delivering quality handyman services and home management. I operate on a time and materials basis because I prioritize quality craftsmanship. A set price can lead to inferior work. Profitability can lead to the use of inferior materials and neglect of quality.

Since its inception in 2005, Build Craft Inc. has focused on handyman repairs and home management as a licensed General Contractor. Delivering quality craftsmanship in home improvement is my passion! Growing up, I spent countless hours building projects in the garage with my father. I pursued a BS in Construction Engineering Management at CSU Sacramento. My initial twelve years in the industry were spent as a project manager at a steel fabricator. I craved the fulfillment of hands-on work, which led me to establish Build Craft Inc. My goal is to provide high-quality craftsmanship for home improvements.

The majority of my work is done on a time and materials basis. This method allows me to maintain high standards and foster open communication. When contractors work for a fixed price, they may neglect client needs and cut corners. Profitability can rise when cheaper materials are used, jobs are rushed, and issues are ignored.
