Sebastian of Build and Decor Construction is simply the best! I truly enjoyed working with Sebastian on my rental property. He and his team did an excellent job painting the entire interior of the house along with installing new flooring in the primary bedroom, refinishing my kitchen cabinets and restaining a gate at the front of the house. Sebastian came in on time and within budget. His pricing is fair and his communication was excellent. I just can't say more nice things about him. Sebastian is genuinely a great guy and enjoyed working with him throughout the project. I would highly recommend him for any general contracting work and already have to a good friend of mine. When I put out a request for our mold problem in our bedroom closet, Build and Decor Construction replied promptly. When Sebastian came to assess the issue, he was thorough and explained exactly was was needed to be done. I got an estimate that evening. All of the work was done swiftly and professionally. From the mold removal to the installation of new floors and painting the room.
Sebastian and all of his team were not only professional, but really nice and kind in addition to being really personable and helpful. I give extra bonus points for his crew coming out in the rain to haul away garbage.

Sebastian and the entire team were an absolute joy to work with! I received several quotes from other painters but Sebastian took the time and care to discuss every detail and component with me carefully and was patient enough to work with me to reach a common goal that fell within our budget. Once the project received the green light, Sebastian and the team were efficient and fit us into their schedule right away! Efficient sometimes results in subpar work but that is not the case here...everyone was detail-oriented and did a great job.
