Dean and the team were very transparent and eager to work this project. The team took extra care with prep and was very detailed with applying paint and application. The team worked extremely hard on such a big project and provided the utmost respect to the property.

Extra kudos to Dean for keeping my sister and I constantly updated on status and informed on any decisions that needed to be made. Dean was also flexible with meeting up to collect installment payments. I definitely intend on using them for future projects.

Sabastian and his team helped save me from a painting disaster! I touched up our walls with the wrong paint and made a terrible mess in the house right before my family is coming to visit for the holidays. Sebastian Painting may not be the cheapest painter you will find, but you won't be sorry you use them. The job is done right the first time with quality products and in a timely manner.

To give you a comparison, I had a small bedroom and little hallway next to it painted two months ago for half the price not including paint, and it took three days and already needs repainting. This cost double, included paint and took one day, it was three times the amount of space and I am fairly certain it will last five years at least!

He is a great communicator, letting me know clearly up front everything the job would entail and what my options were. All at great price. His site foreman has decades of experience in the industry. For those who want the details!
My project: paint a 300 sq/ft bonus room. Including paint popcorn Ceiling, base boards, doors, window sill. Keeping carpet so must be protected. 1 accent wall in a different color. (I'm a renter of a 3 bedroom so focusing on cosmetic fixes for a dated home. From my understanding this business offers a large variety of services.)

I was actually a first time thumbnail app user and that is how I connected with Sebastian. He called me himself within minutes of my submission to ask about the job. Requested more pictures confirmed he understood what I wanted. He got back to me same day with quote that includes everything - from prepping to cleaning after the job. Taking off all the light frames and wrapping the ceiling fan and windows and returning them all with the finished job. All I had to do was open the door and answer some preference questions along the way. They also filled some holes and patched before painting where needed.

How long it took: I submitted my job Tuesday afternoon and the job was completed that same Friday by 11a!

Payment: for my project (paint 1 large room) payment was broken into 3rds (10% deposit, 50% half way, 40% completion). Budget friendly!

Sebastian called me himself at start,middle, and end of project to ensure I was satisfied and made sure I knew if I noticed anything in next week or so or needed any retouches or had any questions just to let them know and they will send someone out.

A lot of times we are quick to write a review when our experience is not good (which I'm all for so we can get better) BUT also trying to do my part to ensure I'm doing the same for the times when service is AMAZING!

At the end of the day these are great people who care about the quality of their work.

*toward the end our initial conversations about the job we realized he was located pretty far from me - 2-3 hour drive with traffic (usually thumbnail shows jobs for ppl in closer radius) but he was insistent on ensuring no problem, didn't change his quote and his team made the drive Thursday and Friday.
