I paid Dennis over $700 and my hot tub is still leaking I am going to report him to BBB he charged me $75 an hr for his helper who held a flash light and could not even screw the cover back on beware of him all he does is talk so now I have to look for someone else he needs to be put out of buisness

I would give zero stars if an option. Avoid Dennis if you want to have your hot tub fixed and you don't want to pay doctor-size hourly rates for a guy who doesn't know what he is doing! He installed an after-market part in our hot tub, required multiple visits to install (with multiple ""trip charges"") and then when it wasn't fixed, made up a new part that could be installed for over $2k more. Went to the Hot Tub Store, unlike Dennis, they knew what needed to be fixed (for significantly less than Dennis' incorrect ""guess"" about what to try next).

Worst experience with a contractor I have ever had. Contracted to perform 2 tasks for a set $. Did not complete either task. Several no call no show days. Abandoned job. Essentially stole my money. He is unethical, lies, and is a thief in my eyes. BEWARE, horrible experience.

Do not trust Dennis. First appointment was made to have spa jets looked at. Was told would arrive in a scheduled date within a 2 hr window. I cleared my schedule and waited for Dennis to arrive. No call and did not show. Called to talk to him but voice mail was full and never heard from again.

Second time (months later) figured I would try the 'local guy' again giving him my business. Spoke to Dennis about the heater possibly out in the same spa. We scheduled an appoint and I asked him, ""will you contact me if you are late or cannot make it""? He said absolutely and gave excuses as to why he did not last time.

Come the day of the appointment...no call, no show. Approximately 4 hours later after several calls and a text message he answered the phone not knowing about the appointment.

I have since had great experience with a company out of Walnut Creek and will give future business to them.
