Wonderful experience! Mr Willis was very professional and Uber knowledgeable! I gave him a call and he was able to fit me into his schedule. Arrived when he stated that he would and fixed all my electrical issues in my kitchen , changed some electrical outlets for me and he is providing me an estimate and direction on a upcoming lighting upgrade. I selected Mr. Willis after sending a Yelp request for this service out of a total of 7 companies that replied. He responded promptly, was intensely professional, and communicated well. He showed up on the day of service early and by his expected arrival time. Throughout the completion of the project, he communicated well with me and the arrangement was different than what he was accustomed to he had to make a couple of visits and was able to still complete the project in a reasonable amount of time. He provided information about his company, pricing, and the intended service's timeline upfront, which I greatly appreciate. He explained to me at the completion of the project warranty information and how the new unit functions. He was able to even do minor construction to ensure that the installation was clean and appropriate. I appreciate his expertise and professionalism in helping me complete a project that has been on my list for several months to further protect my home and electronic devices. Thank you for your professional services and doing an excellent job with the chandelier. We didn't know how to properly get it removed seeing that it was big and had lots of delicate small and large pieces. Chandelier removed and not one crystal broken! BTB Electrical Contractors even took time to carefully pack it for transport to our new location. We appreciate the great service and attention to details. Also, they came wearing face masks.
