I should have read the reviews prior to hiring through the recommendation of another contractor we had working on our home. Bruce is a great guy and did fair work on our electrical panel but when it came to doing electrical for our pool...another story. After fixing a power outage at our pool, our pump exploded. Bruce said he didi pool work so we left it to him to repair. He ended up replacing the pump AND the filter. The pool has not worked since then,this was in May. We've called and he came a couple times, never fixing the problem and said he'd return with his pool expert man. DIDN'T happen. Now he hangs up or doesn't return calls. Approaching the end of summer no pool! I won't recommend this man for pool work to my enemy. Sorry Bruce, you're a nice guy but so are all con men.

Mr. Keller saved my house. I had power loss on a Sunday. Mr. Keller came at no extra charge, worked all day, found the problem, and restored my power. I have been using Bruce Keller Electric ever since. Highly recommended.

Bruce Keller Electric has done projects for us for many years, from the most basic to very complicated electrical work. Mr. Keller is highly professional and a wonderful individual to work with. I have had nothing but very POSITIVE experiences with Bruce Keller Electric.

I had the same experience with Bruce Keller Electric but several years ago. Some wiring had to be redone. Feel very ripped off by the hourly pricing.

Avoid! Completely avoid. I just hired another electrician to look over their work and was told this father-son company (Bruce Keller Electric) did such a bad job on how they wired our home that no inspector would approve it. They used the NEUTRAL wire the was for the HOT wire; HOT wire being used as the GROUND. All the wiring in the attic was black, so you cannot tell what wire was what. (Look at photos I uploaded.) This was done all over my house and now I have to re-wire the entire house. This company wired our house not compliant to standards and regulations. Because of their work, our house could have burned down or someone replacing a simple light bulb could have been killed.

Consumers pay for professional electricians to avoid this type danger and be compliant. However, Bruce Keller Electric is completely incompetent. (Could it be why they have not claimed their business here on Yelp after all these years?)

They billed us per hour, which included a lot of conversation chit-chat not relating to electrical work, the hours they ate lunch, and the work they did distracted watching hockey on our TV. They milked us for every he was teaching his son. Bruce Keller did not do the wiring himself, but had his teenage son do it -- without overseeing his work to make sure it was done correctly after all was done.

I hate posting negative reviews on businesses, because I believe in small businesses and support them. However, learning the danger Bruce Keller's work has done to my home has compelled me to warn everyone else.
