The worst of the worst. They quit on the job. They couldn't keep employees working for them. Three different service managers during my job. Over promised and couldn't deliver. Lack of quality and reliability. Shut up late and left early. Never finished the job and walked away because he couldn't fulfill what they promised

Contracted for installation of ceiling fan. The quote was for $4.50. I requested a fan/ light combo wall switch. They agreed to install it for an additional $150. What I got was a simple on/off wall switch. When I complained the electrician delivered a fan/light switch, didn't install it,and just left it with me. They refuse to refund the additional money I paid for the switch and installation.

Very happy with my experience, we had 5 fans installed in our home. Jason Dennis was polite, professional, and the work was well-done. Will be calling them again when we need to install the rest of our light fixtures for the kitchen.

I called several electricians to install two new ceiling fans with lights. Brown Electric responded very quickly and courteously with a quote that was much more reasonable than some high-ball estimates from other electricians. The Brown Electric electrician arrived promptly, was courteous and professional, and did a great job to install the fans. One fan needed to be installed on a vaulted ceiling and this was done perfectly. I will not hesitate to use Brown Electric again for future projects.

I don't think this company is accustomed to doing permitted work or according to code and passing inspection. I failed inspection three separate times and given the list of reasons for why I failed (some items were very basic, like scheduling the FPL disconnect/reconnect service and installing locknuts on the wiring connections), I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I'm just glad an inspector looked closely at their work to make sure it was done properly.

Brown Electrical Solutions did not provide quality work or good customer service. They were hired to replace a panel. Partial power went off Friday evening about 30 minutes after the tech ""completed"" the installation. We suffered through 60 hours of partial service with extension cords and fans. There was no response from Brown Electric that night or all weekend. Having left multiple emails and voicemails, I expected a call first thing Monday at the latest. Getting no follow-up, I called Brown Electric at 9 am Monday and the office staff was not aware of my service outage or my pleas. That's when I became suspect of their work. Several days later, an inspection was performed for my insurance company and revealed non-compliant issues. No grommets in cutouts, main feeder conduit not secured to box, house side wires not secured, spliced wires & no grounding. The job was not up to Code. I advised Mr. Brown of this possible dangerous situation and asked him to come to the residence, he insinuated that insurance companies are not always right and asked me if I expected Mr. Dell to come fix my Dell computer if it needed repair. He was definitely not coming. He stood by the skill of his techs, He offered no resolution to our problem. I had to pay another electrical contractor to bring the service to code.

Vincent and company are solid at the job and good guys, with easy scheduling and quick response time. They did our Electrical install during an extensive remodel and were the ONLY contractor we had no issues with. Later on they did some follow-up work and solved our issues easily. And when an outdoor outlet they had installed started acting squirrelly, we called Vince and they sent a guy out THE VERY NEXT DAY to handle it. We will definitely use them again.

Entirely incompetent. I scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks out for a 4-fan installation, came home in the middle of a work day to wait for 2.5 hours for an installation crew that never came. When I called to find out where they were I was told that I didn't confirm my appointment so it was my fault that they didnt show up.
What sort of business makes ""tentative"" appointments for service works two weeks out?? Furthermore, the voicemail I received from them the previous day Clearly directed me to call back IF there was any change, Otherwise they would see me between 12-2 (full text of voicemail is below).
The man I spoke with stated that he himself was Mr. Brown and gave me an empty apology stating that humans make mistakes. When I calmly voiced frustration at his business practices he said he felt like I was being hostile and it was best if I chose someone else to do the install.
A complete waste of time speaking to a man that claims to have a five star business and instead of trying to create a solution and make a happy customer, immediately wrote me off.
Home Depot generally does a good job of vetting their ""Pro's"" but failed miserably this time.

Good afternoon Mr. aaron(?) this is dustin(?) with Brown Electrical Solutions we're just calling to confirm our appointment for tomorrow between 12 and two for your electrical fan installation. Once again this is dustin(?) with Brown Electrical Solutions we're calling to confirm our appointment for tomorrow between 12 and two for your installation. If you have any questions or if you have a change in schedule please give us a call back at 561-557-2011. If not we'll see you tomorrow between 12 and two thank you you have a great afternoon.

AVOID Brown Electric if you Value Your Time or How You're Treated

Well, it would have been 5 stars if I got some follow up service.

I had an old Pacific electric panel in my home that was replaced with a new one 3-4 months ago via Vincent Brown and Brown Electric. I am now experiencing an issue - possibly overheating wires in my wall-of which I can't seem to reach Vincent Brown to inspect. He did return one of my several calls to tell me he'd send someone out yesterday. No one showed up. And I now can't reach him again.

I've had to find another electrician to help with this issue.
