Second time I've used Brother's and second time I've come away impressed.

Prompt reply and thorough service. Had a plumbing issue days before Christmas and the team (Mark & Grant) spent hours working through solves. Only daylight prevented the solve that night, so they came back out Christmas Eve a.m. and worked through the morning to correct the issue.

Great people and an easy process to schedule (within hours). Worth a look if you're looking for service.

Our AC just hasn't been working right so we called in Brothers to find the issue. The Technician was very professional - from how carefully he examined the system to how he explained our options. Unfortunately the AC was decidedly broken - and at 3 1/2 years since installation I was particularly annoyed! The repair went very well - again very professional, explained the process very well and were very tidy.
I have no hesitation giving Brothers a 5 star review!! Will definitely use them again. Hopefully not too soon!

Called due to a noise my HVAC was making.
I was figuring I'd end up with a couple hundred dollar bill but the technician let me know I had a very minor issue.
This issue is something I can handle myself it is so simple so I was charged a $49 service fee .
Honestly the tech should have told me it was something he needed to repair and tell me a story and I'd have paid hundreds.
Their honesty today will earn my business next time I have an issue that's for sure!!!

The first time my husband hired a technician to have our garbage disposal removed more than a year ago, I did not realize he was from Brothers. Fast forward plenty of months and the cold season starts. Time to ""fire"" up your heater, except it doesn't. It seemed like our HVAC unit had a mind of its own and turned on only when it wanted to (for the heater portion anyway). After a couple days of this nonsense I told my husband to please, please call someone to get this fixed. He did and someone came out, checked the thermostat and just like that it cooperated and worked fine. I'm sure the technician thought we must be doozies. A couple of days later the heater quit completely and so hubby called them back up. Another technician came out and after a thorough check he informed us that the switch for the heater is broken and needs to be replaced. I wish I knew what reasonable pricing on such work and parts is, but I guess as long as it is affordable it is decent. He fixed it within an hour and we finally had the warm air flowing through the house as we needed to thaw ourselves up. Thank God we have two small portable heaters that kept us sane in the time our heater was on fiasco. I know they also offer a program or deal for a certain fee to have your unit checked quarterly and to cover minimal repairs/maintenance, but we cannot afford it at this time, otherwise it sounds like a good deal not to have to worry when some appliance in your house fails to deliver. Their technicians have always been polite and professional. The only thing I don't like is that there is a service dispatch fee of $50 that you have to pay for a technician to come out to your location; although sometimes, depending on the repair issue they will comp it. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service we have received from this company and plan on using them again.
