A bathroom at my daughter's house had a hair clog in a corroded 1.5"" galvanided waste line. Brothers used a combination of hand snake and mini-jet. The plumber and helper always had plastic booties on their feet in the house. The bathroom was very clean when they left. They were pleasant to talk to. They quickly assessed the situation, looked for options to fix, and recommend the repair. Their cost is very high. I have a house near San Francisco, and the cost is every bit as high as I would pay there.

There is an overhead charge of $70. They call this 'dispatch fee', but it is money charged to cover business overhead. The mini-jet was an additional $475. I tried, but could not fix the problem myself, so $545 for experience and their tools. Other than cost, I have no reservations recommending the company.

I'm torn on how to set the star rating. When you pay this much for a service, you should expect the positives I mentioned, so 3-stars (ok) would be fair. If the service was half the price, you wouldn't expect it to be as good, but if it was really good, you'd have to say 5-star (great for value). I'm splitting the difference - 4-star.

Nice job installing a 220V disconnect for a mini split system. Ran late but called and updated their ETA. Brothers is not the most inexpensive contractor but their tech's know what they are doing and you get quality work.

Second time I've used Brother's and second time I've come away impressed.

Prompt reply and thorough service. Had a plumbing issue days before Christmas and the team (Mark & Grant) spent hours working through solves. Only daylight prevented the solve that night, so they came back out Christmas Eve a.m. and worked through the morning to correct the issue.

Great people and an easy process to schedule (within hours). Worth a look if you're looking for service.

The two guys showed up quickly and did a good job. A little pricey but I had to get my kitchen drain unplugged. They tried a short mechanical snake, didn't get it, then had the company's pressure snake delivered and that did the job. Very polite and eager to help.

Our AC just hasn't been working right so we called in Brothers to find the issue. The Technician was very professional - from how carefully he examined the system to how he explained our options. Unfortunately the AC was decidedly broken - and at 3 1/2 years since installation I was particularly annoyed! The repair went very well - again very professional, explained the process very well and were very tidy.
I have no hesitation giving Brothers a 5 star review!! Will definitely use them again. Hopefully not too soon!

Called due to a noise my HVAC was making.
I was figuring I'd end up with a couple hundred dollar bill but the technician let me know I had a very minor issue.
This issue is something I can handle myself it is so simple so I was charged a $49 service fee .
Honestly the tech should have told me it was something he needed to repair and tell me a story and I'd have paid hundreds.
Their honesty today will earn my business next time I have an issue that's for sure!!!

Wow, what amazing customer service. Silly me I thought I used Brothers company for an install, oops I was wrong BUT they came out and looked at my two units and the technician Brandon went over everything with me and sent me a quote as soon as he got back to the office. A+++++++ Service, I did not feel pressured at anytime Brandon was here but gave me great advice out keeping the units In good health.
