They were assigned to me through my warranty program, AHS. Ian was scheduled to arrive between 11-3. I got a text with a link to track his arrival so I'd know when to expect him. He showed up around noon. My problem was faulty wiring in a weather-exposed junction box. Ian quickly determined and fixed my problem and was gone by 12:30. I'm happy to have my dryer working again, and would use them again if needed!
I have been trying to work with this company for 3 weeks. I had to use them bc I have American Homeshield. Ian came out and diagnosed the problem and then told American Homeshield it needed to be declined bc we did not provide access. Come to find out he was saying we needed to provide a scaffolding so he can do it. I spoke with Kristie and was like what? I need to provide that , y'all don't have yr own equipment? So it took days and I found one for $120 had to set it up ourselves bc was told Ian would not do that. I made sure to ask Kristie if the height was good bc I am going to rent it have it set up so he can replace our ceiling fan. She said she spoke with him that it was fine he would make it work. So we got it had it ready and the day of IAN AND HIS COWORKER JAY come and Jay starts saying he needs to diagnose the problem. I said what? Ian already did this is why I have this so you can replace the fan. I was told by Kristie (I even sent her pictures of the fan from Lowe's) that Ian was getting it so I needed to go pick one out. Jay starts saying that he is not goi g to argue with me bc I asked him where the fan was and why are they not starting to replace it. He was extremely rude and said he was leaving. Ian was clueless!! He had no idea what was going on and Jay kept asking him if he had even looked inside the fan. I told him this isn't right I have this huge scaffolding in my living room that I was told to get and bc I'm asking why they are not putting in the fan and where was it( bc see they hadn't even purchased it). Jay started telling Ian let's leave and then he looked at me and said I have a scaffolding but I'm not going to bring it out here to help you and took off!! I'm out 100 diagnosis , 120 for scaffolding and now have to take this huge thing down and return it. I've called office and was told owner or someone there was talking to owner and would take care of it and call me back. This was at 12:30. It is now 7:15. I have left text messages and no call back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY HAD NO INTENTION OF CHANGING MY FAN BC THEY DIDN'T EVEN BRING ONE! They have given me the runaround for 3 weeks and are horrible and lazy! If the owner wanted a good business she should return phone calls and fire Jay!!
