We just moved into our new home from out of state and Brooks Electrical Solutions set the benchmark for exceptional services beyond our expectations. We needed two things accomplished including a review of our fuse box and install of ceiling fan. Joel was our technician and after completing his assessment he recommended we wait a couple days to see if we continue to experience breakouts. He commented ""I do not want to see you pay an unnecessary expense for something that is not broken so I suggest you test for a couple more days."" In addition to his integrity he found our rod for the ceiling fan was too short so he went out and picked up a 9' rod for us. We will no doubt use Brooks Electrical Solutions for our future projects coming up! We give this company a 5 stars PLUS! Thank you Melissa and Joel for all your support!
