John arrived in under 20 minutes when I recently had an emergency situation where my lights were flickering wildly and several appliances had overheated. He was competent, congenial, and professional, and immediately figured out that the problem was with an ""open"" neutral wire from the PG&E feed. He helped me contact PG&E, and was still present when the PG&E truck arrived and made sure that they had properly solved the problem. On top of that, his rates were very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call him again if the need arises.

I was so impressed with how easy it was to set an appointment and how John was able to provide directions ahead of time to solve my circuit breaker problem, which totally worked and saved us both time (and saved me money). Not all electrical issues could be solved like this, but it's sure nice when an electrician understands how to both solve the problem and enable a homeowner.
