During the heatwave this week we experienced a catastrophic 200 amp electrical panel failure. Brooke electric was recommended by our regular HVAC company Phoenix Energy Solutions another outstanding business. Spencer with Brooke Electric was here at our home within a couple hours of being contacted. He had our AC up and running. I am buying a home in Granite Bay and am several hours away. I needed some electrical repairs done prior to move-in and called around to a few electricians. But when I spoke with Jeff Mussman at Brooke Electric, I was immediately impressed. He was knowledgeable and understood what should be done. He gave me an estimate of cost. So I hired him without hesitation. He showed up on time, and got the work done right away. He called to let me know a light fixture needed replacing, and I had no problem authorizing him to buy a replacement to install. After he finished, he called to review the work done, and accepted payment by credit card. He emailed a receipt and ""before"" and ""after"" photos. I intend to hire him again after I settle in the new house to do more electrical work in the kitchen (replace fluorescent lights with recessed lights). My realtor was impressed with his work, and so am I. Thank you, Jeff!

Spencer came out today to troubleshoot non-working outlets in
our family room. According to the job invoice, he found a loose connection in the breaker panel and tightened it. He charged my
wife $180 for a 20-minute. No parts were needed. He got the job
done but his fee amounts to such a ruthless exploitation that we'll
advise others to find someone else.
