We are very happy with Omid's works because of the quality of his works and many other things. He gave a clear itemized quote at a very reasonable price. The repairs included regrout, caulking, electrical works, and most importantly the challenging removing of the rotting wood panel under the kitchen sink faucet. Omid skill set is truly versatile and impressive. Even in his free estimate visit, he was willing to spend as much time as needed to carefully examine all the problems. He is a good problem solver. We especially appreciate Omid for always trying to find innovative solutions that would save us money. He even saved us money on the materials by not buying items that he happened to have already and not charging us. He completed very well all the repairs on time in 2 days as promised, including some newly added repairs. He didn't require any deposit or full payment until after all the repairs have been completed.
