Pete also installed my Ring Floodlight system for me in the sweltering heat on Monday. What a lovely job he did. He made sure I was happy with the placement. Thanks, so much. I contacted this company for an estimate. They came out, looked at what needed to be done and stated they would send me an estimate. I didn't hear anything for 8 days so I called them for the estimate. Paul then returned my call stating that he did not have time to do my estimate and that he actually forgot about it completely. Paul then stated that they were unable to do the repairs because they were too busy. Why even come out and waste both of our time if you weren't interested in doing the repairs. If you are looking for a reliable electrician Brogdon Electric is NOT the company. Ridiculous!

Called Brogdon requesting a quote for a smallish job. Needed a few lights changed, a plug & an outdoor light installed. Paul got back to me within the hour to set up a time to come by. After seeing what was needed & giving us a price, he told us he would have the office contact us to set up a time. They called within 2 hours and worked to accommodate our timeline and schedule. The day of the work, the crew had to finish a prior job & so we're running a bit behind. Brogdon kept us informed of what was gg on. The crew (3 gentleman) came in & were very professional got the work done, & cleaned up after. Paul stopped by to check that everything was going smoothly. Also, we have an indoor cat & when the crew arrived we asked that they made sure doors were kept closed so she would not escape. All 3 men were very concerned & watched for her. All in all I give Brogdon 5 stars from my initial call right through completion of our project. I will use them again when I have electrical work.
