I would love to give 100 million stars for the fantastic job they did hooking up a wall tv they did last year. BUT now when trying to get them to call back for more electrical work, they don't return calls anymore. I guess they only do ""BIG"" jobs now

When I needed my electric panel upgraded before having solar installed, Paul with Brock Electric completed the job promptly. He also arranged for the stucco around the new panel to be finished off. Texted me 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment on a Friday at 4:00 pm that he couldn't make it because he had someone call in sick in the morning. I left early from work to meet him. He wanted to reschedule for the following Tuesday. Now I need to find an emergency electrician and pay after hours rates. Not cool and not customer service oriented.

We had Paul out to do a breaker panel change on our project. The utility company ended up requiring a new service box in the ground in order for the service to be restored to the property. Paul was on the project quickly as our customer had to be out of the home during until power could be restored. Awesome work!! Thanks Paul!

Our experience having Paul come out has always been what you would always hope for when having to call in a contractor. He is not only thorough and efficient, he is also extremely courteous and considerate. He is always bang on time, and he makes sure you understand exactly what work is required and why before starting anything.
We recently called in a larger, heating and air company to look at why our AC was flipping the breaker every time we turned it on and therefore not functioning to cool the house. All that company's guy did was flip the breaker and charge us $75, advising that ""if it happens again..."" which, of course it immediately did, to call them again. Instead we called reliable Paul, and being the thorough diagnostician that he is, he was easily able to find the (very common problem) and fix it within a half hour.
Confident, capable, courteous, considerate, thorough. Everything you'd want in a contractor, and at fair and reasonable rates!

I just had solar installed by Brock Electric and I have to tell you that his crew did an excellent job. I was so impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail and how quickly and painless it was to have it done. I had several quotes and Paul was a decent price and the time to have it done worked well for all our schedules. I would recommend him and his crew highly!
