We've been requesting Travis B. as our electrician since he first came out to install an outlet over our mantle. He's knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and as you do with any ""good"" doctor you're happy with, you continue using their services.

Travis, an experienced electrician usually works solo but the job of installing our modern 9' long chandelier on an 18' ceiling required two people.

Travis and Wil M. arrived on time. It happened to be their first time working together. They were awesome as a team.

They were patient with hearing my instructions on the distance between each ring, and had no problem using a tape measure for accuracy!

We also appreciated how careful and respectful they were with our home and furniture!

I called Brite Box when half of my home power went out. I was told over the phone that there would be a $79 service call fee which would then be applied to any work I had done. I thought that was fair enough. When the gentleman came out the first thing he told me there's a $340 diagnostic fee in addition to any other work to be done. I thought that if that was the policy, they should've been very clear about that over the phone.
At that point, I paid them $79 for coming out and I told them, I would not need their services, as I do have an electrician, but he wasn't available until the next morning or and that I could wait until then, since fortunately my refrigerator was still running and one heater was still working. By the way, the gentleman who came out was very nice about it. My only problem was not being informed about the diagnostic fee upfront.
It turns out that the issue was with Georgia power, one of the power legs coming into the house was not working and they came out the next morning and repaired it for free. The Georgia Power repairman said to always call them first to see if the issue is on their end. Lesson learned.

The technician knowingly replaced a breaker that did not need to be replaced. The price was astronomical $330. Then left knowing that he did not fix the problem it was an HVAC issue but he just changed the breaker to make money. It was towards the end of the work day and his wife was calling so he was in a very big hurry to just make money and get out of there.

I called on Monday, and had an appointment on Wednesday. Workers arrived on time as scheduled. They came out and did an assessment, gave me a quote, I agreed, and they went to purchase the materials needed. Work was completed in a timely manner. Everything was explained . I was very impressed. Would definitely recommend this company. Communication via yelp was quick. The electrician was able to report before his time frame which worked perfectly. And before I knew it my problem was solved. Will definitely be using him again for another project I have in mind.

Very bad experience. Had them come out for a quote. Discussed what exactly needs to be done. Overestimated quote but was promised that based on actual work price would be readjusted. On the day to execute, comes out with zero planning. No clue on what to do. Spends an hour to figure out what to do. Sticks with the original estimated cost without even knowing what goes into the quote. No transparency on the cost. Very poor planning and passing the cost for their inefficiency to the customer. Totally not fair. Will not recommend Britebox again.

After another company attempted to rip me off in installing a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage, I found this company after searching the web. I had my reservations but I figured they couldn't be worse than the other quote I recieved.

When Christopher arrived he looked at my garage layout and breaker box he quoted me a price that was $350 less than the other guy. Eventhough it was still slightly higher than expected, I decided to go ahead and get it done.

Pricing aside, Christopher was very knowledgeable and professional. He and I had a nice conversation while he was installing the outlet and answered all the questions I had about the install.

After the job was complete he cleaned up and stuck around to ensure my car charged properly with the new outlet.

If you need to install an EV charger, I recommend not using Tesla's recommendations from their website and call these people instead.

I am usually skeptical of finding a good service co in atlanta without paying exorbitant amount and finally this co restored my faith !!! Great communication , on time , knowledgeable , reasonable prices and best of all the quality of work!
Alexander was great and I would use them again for any electrical issues!
