Get ready to get screwed if you use them. 20k for electrical that I found out later by one of their techs that it shouldnt have been installed on a basement cement wall without wood behind it because of moisture. Then making you purchase their warranty plans because of their shoddy work. RUN FAR AWAY

Britebox showed up for my hospital, after hours, in an emergency situation, after 7 other companies couldn't do it. I totally understand that ALL electricians are very busy with the current summer stress on the grid, but Britebox had the manpower to help us too!

We were having substantial electrical issues after hours at my animal hospital which would have prevented us from performing multiple important surgeries the following morning. Their ultra-kind technician ""Joe"" called me when in route, showed up on time, was great with his communication, and properly diagnosed a substantial problem on the incoming GA Power line to our hospital. Upon leaving, he even provided me with the means to contact him directly early the next morning because he wanted to be sure that all went back to normal for us once the repairs were completed by GA Power and he needed to know that we would be able to help the animals that needed us. What a class act! Joe, they didn't know it, but they needed YOU too. Thank you, sir!

Electrician was told exactly what the issues were and where upon arrival (a partial outage). He quoted a high price before their ""thorough evaluation."" All he had to do was push a button on a tripped socket. It cost me $349.00 and they would not adjust the price and tried to offer a cheap service, a socket cover, I did not need (I emailed Customer Service and the company President). Just tried to get as much as possible no matter the issue.

If the company's technician driving is any indication of BriteBox's customer service, count me out from ever using them.

Today at approximately 9:30 am, I witnessed a BriteBox driver on Campground Road, Cumming GA get way too close to a small group of cyclists (4 people) who were riding single file as close to the curb as possible. I could see that they were quite startled as the van passed them.

The state law is that vehicles are to stay a minimum of 3 feet away from bikers. This driver could have waited a few seconds to get around them at a safe distance.

We've been requesting Travis B. as our electrician since he first came out to install an outlet over our mantle. He's knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and as you do with any ""good"" doctor you're happy with, you continue using their services.

Travis, an experienced electrician usually works solo but the job of installing our modern 9' long chandelier on an 18' ceiling required two people.

Travis and Wil M. arrived on time. It happened to be their first time working together. They were awesome as a team.

They were patient with hearing my instructions on the distance between each ring, and had no problem using a tape measure for accuracy!

We also appreciated how careful and respectful they were with our home and furniture!

I called Brite Box when half of my home power went out. I was told over the phone that there would be a $79 service call fee which would then be applied to any work I had done. I thought that was fair enough. When the gentleman came out the first thing he told me there's a $340 diagnostic fee in addition to any other work to be done. I thought that if that was the policy, they should've been very clear about that over the phone.
At that point, I paid them $79 for coming out and I told them, I would not need their services, as I do have an electrician, but he wasn't available until the next morning or and that I could wait until then, since fortunately my refrigerator was still running and one heater was still working. By the way, the gentleman who came out was very nice about it. My only problem was not being informed about the diagnostic fee upfront.
It turns out that the issue was with Georgia power, one of the power legs coming into the house was not working and they came out the next morning and repaired it for free. The Georgia Power repairman said to always call them first to see if the issue is on their end. Lesson learned.

The technician knowingly replaced a breaker that did not need to be replaced. The price was astronomical $330. Then left knowing that he did not fix the problem it was an HVAC issue but he just changed the breaker to make money. It was towards the end of the work day and his wife was calling so he was in a very big hurry to just make money and get out of there.

I called on Monday, and had an appointment on Wednesday. Workers arrived on time as scheduled. They came out and did an assessment, gave me a quote, I agreed, and they went to purchase the materials needed. Work was completed in a timely manner. Everything was explained . I was very impressed.
