They were thorough and professional in their diagnosis of the issue and quickly and efficiently solved my problem. They will be the first company I call if I ever need any more electrical work.

Alert: deceitful billing practices! Contractor taking advantage of an emergency power outage.

After a utility pole went down on our property, we got a quote from Alfredo for temporary power/Generator hook up, which we thought was pretty high to begin with. As it turned out, he billed and got paid from our tenants directly in addition to what he charged us, which almost doubled the cost of temp. power. He later claimed the amount he quoted and charged us was only for the second day's work, not the first night, even though he texted us both before AND after working on the property on that first night, fist saying he is on his way and then again saying our tenants have temp. power and everything is good, never mentioning there was a separate charge for that first night. The next day, we were told he left his cell phone in the office, so that we could not contact him, and no one else in the office had any details about this job. We called a couple of times because we wanted a quote for the utility pole replacement (until we heard from our tenants about the separate payment).  After two days, we never received a quote for the utility pole. We had another electrician do that, who did an excellent job and for a reasonable amount.

A MILLION STARS for Brilliant Electric! I had these fellows install a porch light and am delighted with the entire experience. They were as pleasant as they were competent, quick and professional. There was a complication with the fixture I chose and Alex volunteered to take it back to the store and exchange it for me just to save me the hassle of having to do that myself. I really appreciated that. Hats off to Alex! He was more than willing to go the extra mile. . They were great to work with, very efficient and the price was quite reasonable. I will only use them from now on for my electrical needs. Highly recommended!

Alfredo and the other gentleman did a great job! I contacted Brilliant via the website link and he got right back to me on the phone. Alfredo put an estimate together and was able to set an appt to do the work very quickly. His estimate was fair and a lot lower than the other electricians quoted me. He is very professional, friendly, and has a ""can do"" attitude. The work that was done was installing can lighting, fan installation, adding an outdoor outlet, and installing a motion detector light. I highly recommend Brilliant Electric.

Called the Brilliant Electric because of their reviews! These guys are great! We called them in the morning around 11a and Sam (really nice and professional) showed up around 3p. There was a misunderstanding with the bill we received but after talking to Alfredo he was nice enough to fix the issue right away! Alfredo and his crew did an amazing job installing new electrical boxes for my pendant lights. I wanted the job done asap and they was able to come out same day to look at the job and give me a quote. His crew came back the very next morning and did the job flawlessly in no time! I used the internet system to request a quote to have a panel replaced in a home that was selling and they took 4 days to return my call. By that time I had used someone else.
So that being said. If you want to try them don't use the Internet system to contact them. I would call.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and overall experience that I had with Brilliant. Alfredo was very responsive to my request and got me set-up with an installation appointment right away. I had 3 light fixtures and 1 ceiling fan installed. Alex and Sammy were very courteous and thorough. The took everything out of the box, built it and installed it. They even took all of the boxes and trash with them, super nice of them! Just needed to put out a new update for the Brilliant Electric team on how they stand behind their work!! My under the counter lights, which I purchased myself, were not working properly because a special connector was missing. Alfredo came out to assess the problem and then called the company that I purchase the lights from and ordered the new part. He said he would pay for the part so that my lights would work perfectly!! When the part came in, Jose came out and meticulously installed the connector. Alfred did not charge me a dime for the part or Jose's time, he just wanted me to be satisfied. How good is that!!
