I overloaded a circuit, did everything I have done in the past to reset it - none of it worked. Needless to say I was lost. After calling Paul and discussing the issue over the phone he came by resolved the situation (plus some other small issues I was having) in short order.

Paul was efficient, friendly and fair. Definitely planning on using him in the future for some projects I've been putting off, as opposed to my last electrician who I was putting the projects off to avoid dealing with again.

Beware, a rip-off. Paul visited recently for 1.5 hours and left $390 richer. Was unable to dispute as had a prior engagement to rush off to. What was received in exchange for $390, one installed $90 LED light which found exact model online for $20. $300 for 1.5 hours of labor (comes out to $200/hr) seems excessive where he diagnosed a circuit issue for 50 minutes and replaced one light for the remaining 40 minutes.

I agree with Lee R. In October 2014, I called several times, left voicemail and texts as suggested by his outgoing message. Not one response, not even a text back which would take just a few seconds.

Paul came within a couple of hours after my call. Before that he tried trouble shooting over the phone to see if he could save me a service call, He even has a Q&A on his website to facilitate such trouble shooting. After the trouble shooting failed he came promptly and resolved my problem as economically as possible. Not the least he is very personable, relaxed and patient and willing to answer all the questions you have and educate you in the process.There should be an extra mark above five stars to represent his service.
I certainly added his name to my list of contacts for the future. You should not have to look any further.

Paul is the only electrician you will ever need. Timely, courteous, responds quick to texts or phone calls, and does really outstanding work. He also has a fantastic sense of humor. We had a handful of jobs at an apartment building from the tricky to the mundane, Paul explained everything clearly and got the job done fast. Paul is a real life saver. I'm an interior designer in the bay area and first used him at a client's house in Pac Heights to hang some fixtures. He was very ""can do"" in his approach.
