I called Briko during the holiday season. They were the only company that would make the extra effort to fit me in during that time. Briko even arrived earlier than expected. I had broken my furnace while trying to install a new thermostat. Briko diagnosed the problem within seconds and was able to find that my transformer needed replacing. They took the extra time to find the more affordable part and ensured it worked. Briko then went a step further and found the wiring problem that wasn't allowing my new thermostat to function properly. After which, they explained how to resolve the problem through the most cost effective means. To top they gave me the most reasonable price I've ever received from a company. Briko truly wants to help their customers and shows it through professionalism and results. Will use again and give my highest possible recommendation.

All the other companies wanted to replace my one year old furnace but Rami said it was energy efficient and compatible with AC. He quoted me and I agreed the same day. They had 5 guys the next day to finish the install. These guys are the real deal.

I have called them for smaller jobs, no major rewiring. But they did do some retrofitting to my condo a couple of years ago to allow for higher voltage AC unit. And it wasn't too bad at all. Not dirt cheap, but not unreasonable. This is a company with many different employees so you aren't always going to get the same guy. I keep forgetting that, and so every time I have to give the rundown of where to park and where to go. No big deal. Thank God they do awesome work.

Frankly, when our AC stopped working in the middle of this heat wave, I considered abandoning my life here, changing my name to ""Sue"" and moving to Minnesota to start a new life. When my AC wasn't cooling off well, I contacted a well-known company starts with A to inspect my unit. I was quoted $7000 for replacement and the company repair person claimed that my AC compressor was broken. My gut feeling told me that something was off. I decided to contact Briko Mechanical for second opinion. Their guy came up with a completely different opinion and determined that my AC compressor was fine and just needed refrigerant. After filling up with refrigerant, my AC is now fully functional. We are such a happy camper with Briko's professional and honest service. I will take my business with Briko again!

My brother found these guys after Anderson Plumbing overcharged me and could not fix the problem with my AC. So much for being in Anderson's VIP program to be qouted an outrageous new system that I did not need. I am still trying to recover a refund for a quick fix that never lowered my inside temp one degree. Anderson left my house with a check but my AC was never fixed. They came back the next day and told me I needed a new system. I will never use Anderson again. I called all the companies close to Escondido but they were booked. Of course, this was during a horrible heat wave in late July and we were desperate for the first availability for Escondido. Rami and his dad were amazingly professional. Their prices were fair and so much lower than the overated Anderson Plumbing. Overall, I am enjoying my fixed AC and I would highly recommend using these guys who are courteous and has great follow through.
