these guys are the BEST! We have had them out twice. They discussed what we wanted done and made suggestions until they were certain we were having done exactly what we needed done. Very pleasant and very tidy. They are our ""Go To"" electricians!!

The owner is very unprofessional. I purchased a home that still required repairs that were going to be done after I moved in. I was told they would call me to schedule at my convenience. I first heard from Mendy last week when she called to ask if someone could go at 2 that day. After talking to her and finding out this was going to be 2hrs or longer I asked if we could schedule for a day a week or so away that would work better for my schedule as I can not just leave work. We did this then she called and tried to reschedule that appointment. I explained that I already asked for the time off we schisms could not re do it. She insisted that it get moved to 2pm. I said no and I would call her back. She then proceeded to start texting me. I then asked the previous owner to get involved in the scheduling which he did. We agreed to 12 today. I have emails to prove it. Her electrician didn't show up till 2, the time she kept insisting on. I asked him what are scheduled time was and he said Mendy said 2. So now because she insisted on not listening to the customer and doing what she wanted she cost me 4hours of pay. I would have sent them away today but just want this whole ordeal to be over with. While I was waiting for her tech to be done I decided to give her review, she then proceeded to call me and yell at me for voicing my opinion. Very very unprofessional of the owner. The only bright thing about them was their electrician Austin. He was super nice and super communicative. She could take notes from him on how to talk to customers.

Ashley V gave you 1 star... she wanted you to quote her some work for free even though she had NO INTENTION OF USING your services... as a broker it is her job to get the price lowered on the house she is buying/selling.. I feel bad for you so i'm giving you a 5 star to counter her stupid 1 star... from one business owner to another... Ashley V sucks.

Snarky ass response from the owner when I asked if they gave free quotes, which depending on the business IS a thing some businesses provide...

Like what? Ok Mendy, way to show your professionalism.

The conversation continues, never once does she apologize for her rude response but goes on to assume that I wasn't looking for an actual quote so my buyers know what they are getting into. Then responds to my review saying that I'm retaliating, and now that I'm bullying.

Thats what reviews are for, to share your experience and to say I'm unimpressed is an understatement.

You definitely get what you pay for. These guys were transparent in the cost for a replacement breaker box, breakers and whole home surge suppression. The price includes warranties and labor. Their service was quick, highly professional and I'll definitely use them again.

I can't say enough about how great Brighthouse Electric is for your electrical needs.

I had some can lights added to 2 rooms in my home and Brighthouse Electric not only gave me the best price to do the work, but also took the time to talk to me about my needs. The other companies I had contacted gave me bids as much as 3 times higher than Brighthouse Electric and some did the bid without even talking to me. The Brighthouse Electric team showed on time and ready to work. They did the work so well the new lights blend right in with the existing lights in the house. When they finished the work areas had been cleaned and you couldn't tell they had been there except for the wonderful new lighting. It is really a pleasure to have an electrical contractor you can count on in today's market place. I will definitely use Brighthouse Electric again with my next electrical project.
