I had an electrical problem in my garage: two lamps and the garage opener stopped working all at once. I was contacted by the company after I posted my request for service and I made an appointment for a consultation. The technician came over, inspected the wiring and outlets and told me I needed to rewire the connections and add a new circuit breaker for it as the old wires were not good anymore. Also, since one of the lamps was not working anymore, he also replaced it with a more current and energy-saver lamp. I paid $1,224 for the whole job and it took them overall about 3.5 hours to finish it. Everything is working fine now and we're pleased with the job they did.

Nelson did a wonderful job of fixing our doorbell chime for a reasonable price. He also gave us a quote for replacing our recessed lighting that was lower than others were charging. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Plus, he did a good job of cleaning up afterward. I would highly recommend Nelson for all of your repairs or projects.

I recently moved into a house that was built in 1937. The entire house's electricity had been updated in 2005, except for the living room and dining room. I contacted several electricians, but either didn't get a response or the estimates they gave were sky-high (even taking into account the pandemic/inflation). Nelson at Brighter Futures Electric responded quickly and was able to come out for an in-person visual within 2-3 days. Not only that, his estimate was very reasonable and amazingly transparent. I decided to proceed and he and his team came out within a week (and they arrived on time).

I wanted to install LED lighting in the ceilings of both rooms and so he suggested very slim LED wafer lights (a very thin recessed lighting can that can likely fit on any ceiling). I also updated 4 existing 2-prong, non-grounded power receptacles as well as added 6 new receptacles. He thoroughly explained all of the work that was going to be done and the pricing on each individual task, etc. I was so pleased that I added a few more items to the list that I hadn't thought of previously. To that, he had no problems (of course) and again, pricing was very transparent. He was highly respectful of my house. They moved most items out of the way and covered larger pieces of furniture with plastic, so that the dust from drilling into the plaster wouldn't cover everything. In addition to the lighting and plugs, they also added media wires (speaker wires, RCA and CAT6 cables) in the living room and terminated them nicely across the opposite wall.

I am so pleased with all of their work and will be using them again for any and all electrical needs. Nelson and his team were so nice to work with!

I had a FaceTime consultation with Nelson, which went very well. He seemed knowledgeable, attentive to details and pleasant to deal with. But he is not the owner of the company. At the end of the conversation he promised to send me a quote next morning. Next morning I didn't get anything nor did I get it three days ago. I messaged the company with that and got a message back on Yelp that they will check why I'm not getting the quote and will make sure. It was almost a full week since then and no quote. So it wasn't a good experience and I wouldn't recommend anybody waste time with this company. There are plenty good companies who treat their customers or potential clients with respect.

I only get on Yelp to share positive reviews and Amp power is pretty awesome. Why? because they respond quickly, they follow-through, they come on time, they don't charge hundreds of dollars for an assessment of the situation, and they are really easy to work with. We had a light fixture that needed a repair, they fixed it quickly, were professional and didn't overcharge. I definitely will continue to call them for all my electrical needs moving forward.

I've had a lot of bad experiences with electricians, nice to have someone I can rely on moving forward.
