Beware, Shawn talks a good game and then ignores you if he can't deliver. He started work on our house and then left us in the lurch. Won't answer our calls. It is a nightmare.

Shawn did an excellent job fixing the electrical problem of my house, which was an emergency. He deserved to be the first choice for anyone's electrical work.
Half of my house was out of electricity two weeks ago. I had no power to the essentials: heating, cooking, and bath rooms. it was a cold week. I lived on three long extension cords. YELP helped send out my requests to a few nearby electricians. Shawn responded promptly and set up an appointment to come. It turned out that one of the two hot inputs (110v) was bad and also problem with the neutral. A new panel was installed and all problems fixed.

Let me list a few key points of this project.
- Shawn responded promptly knowing that it was an emergency.
- The problem was diagnosed quickly to be one bad hot and an outdated electrical panel, which needed to be replaced.
- Shawn talked to the city inspector and expedited the permit process.
- Shawn coordinated with the city electricians to come out and work on the source and the meter.
- New panel and two more grounds were put in. All problems fixed. Project was completed in a timely manner.
- Good workmanship in wiring details.
- A true professional with patience to explain to customers.
- checked up on me later to make sure there is no more problems.

He just completed fixing my bathroom light and sure enough identified the problem, explained things to me in terms I could understand with each step of the way, was very kind, honest, and responsible. I am writing this review to recommend Shawn to anyone who are in need of electrical repairs or are in need of an electrical consultation. I called Shawn about a week ago because I had some concerns regarding the electrical outlets in my house. Not only did Shawn answered my questions with enthusiasm, he went above and beyond by providing me with additional information that definitely settled the concerns that I had. I was so grateful for his help that I wanted to send him a tip, but unfortunately he refused it. From talking to Shawn, I can tell that he is one of the best professional in his field. He is a genuine and honest man who really cares about providing the best service to his customers. I will definitely call him again if I ever have any other electrical questions. We had four separate jobs for Shawn. He came out and scoped them thoroughly and gave an estimate which we accepted. He did the work, and three of the four jobs were great. Before I could even contact him about the fourth, he reached out to me to ask if everything was working, and came back and quickly fixed the fourth job. He is professional and detail oriented, and I would look to him first when I have other electrical work.

My living room is DARK with only one window. Originally, I wanted tubular skylights, but upon further investigation, it wasn't feasible due to interference in the attic, so in desperate need of lighting, I called Shawn. He did an amazing job installing ten canned lights (my family is now able hang out in the living room like normal people!).

I have used many local electricians. Shawn, hands down, has great customer service and is an honest, detailed electrician. Shawn has now become my preferred electrician in the area.
