People who are willing to pay 79 dollars may want to reconsider. Here is my experience today. I got a verbal quote in the morning for replacing main breaker. When I called in the evening, I got this response "" OK, well just know them that the price will change but I will give you credit for today. It will be $679 so $600"" Then follow with these explanations of "" it is not easy to replace"" ""it is live feed"" when I said you can take off the meter to stop the electricity. The answer was "" it can't, I am not supposed to"". After I sent over the photo of the meter. The answer was "" Yes, but there's a lock and only San Diego gas and electric has a key for it. I would have to cut it with my grinder to be able to remove the meter."". So I call another electrician, he has lower price and called SDGE get the lock removed. Tonight, without charge. I called Bright power had concern to pay 79 for estimate, then convinced by all the nice reviews. Now, this is my experience in one day.

The first recommendation I got from him was to replace the whole panel. The main breaker was quoted when I hesitated on the price of panel replacement. After studies, the replacement of main breaker works and the quote was affordable, that's how these text messages started.

we didn't use them so this review is about the sales call. Their website said that they are about pricing transparency. I sent email asking for estimate to install outlet in bathroom. they said someone will be out the next day. I asked if that visit for estimate was free, they said usually $99 for a service call to get estimate but they will make an exception and waive. sounded good, though not especially transparent. they showed up. $600 estimate. sounded high but they were there so I said okay. dispatcher then said they would have to come back the next day. I said okay. electrician twice pushed me for deposit before he left. Really? a deposit? not comfortable with their ""transparency.""

Hi we had a emergency with respect to a outlet failure that needed to be resolved ASAP. We called Bright Power and they came out the same day. The electrician that came out Alejandro took care of the problem, even though it was pretty involved with respect to wires being cut, etc. I highly recommend this company, they've done great work and I'm having them do additional work today

Bright Power gave me a good quote, ordered the Arlo door bell and installed it on time with no problems. We did the whole thing over the phone and it went smoothly. I had to cancel the second installment and they had no problem returning the equipment. The will be my go-to electrician in the future!
