I paid to have a home COMPLETELY rewired in July of 2022. The warranty was one year and I started having issues in September. The breaker trips when the stove and oven are used simultaneously. My management company called their electrician who indicated it should have been a different size wire and breaker to avoid this problem. Bobby told me that what he did was to code. I had yet another electrician go out and change the breaker to what it should have been. He said you have to have the knowledge to know what will work, and code is the MINIMUM requirement. I did have an issue with a fan tripping the breaker during the one-year warranty and they did repair that. However, unless you are looking to have the bare minimum done to code, which MAY work until a few weeks after the warranty expires, I would not recommend this business.

I have been having a very hard time getting in touch with good, responsive electrical companies. Many had not returned messages, fallen out of touch, etc.

I connected with Christine at Bright Ideas and she got me quickly scheduled for the next day. Bobby was on time (maybe a minute or two early) and identified my problem quickly. Somewhat predictably, much of the issue was due to a mistake on my part. He identified it quickly and did not try to bilk me out with a needlessly expensive solution (as others have). His honest straight-forward service was a breath of fresh air. I will be giving them a call for the next work that will be needed on my house. Thank you Christine & Bobby!

Bobby came by and did a fantastic job. Although I got cheaper quotes from other electricians, he was the only one willing to do the job right. I wanted two bathroom fans installed. All the other electricians tried to convince me that we can just blow the moisture into the attic. He ran a vent line for both fans to the outside of the house. Btw the best clean up job I ever experienced. My wife usually have to sweep up after any work is done. Bobby was so thorough, she even commented that she was amazed at how clean it was.

Bobby bell came out to troubleshoot ceiling fans in my home.
Prior to arrival he recommended having replacement on hand.
I had replacement fans in hand

However I've already returned the fans
