He was able to visit even sooner than expected (after calling) and understood easily what my needs and budget were. He arrived when he said he would, installed the lights I ordered in manner that cleaned up and repaired former problems. I feel that he worked hard not just to put in lights, but to do so in a way that was safe, reflected good workmanship and local codes. I appreciate all of that.
