They charge outrageous prices. They wanted to charge $250.00 to put in a single pole motion sensor and $250.00 to put in a single pole wall timer. And $279.00 to just switch out a fan that is already wired! I said no thank you. If you have a lot of money to spend, then use them. And when I called, I asked about prices, as I did not want to pay for a service call if the cost would be high. Brie said she didn't;t know, that only the tech would know, but he had to cal the office. They are not very honest. They get money either way and the customer loses out on time.

BRIGHT ELECTRIC gets better with each visit. This time my pool light went out. First pool company wouldn't change light as electric laws have changed. However they could put in new LIGHT UNIT for $1500. Second pool company said if I supplied the light they could do the job. However when they came out, they said the GFI would not reset, and it had to be replaced. I finally called Bright and Jacob came out. He checked the GFI and said that in order for it to reset there were two other things to check, like making sure power was on, which he did. Guess what, the light is perfectly functional now, with no new parts. EXPERTISE AGAIN. They are the best and I always feel better once they take on the task at hand.

Not enough heart emojis in the world for Mark and his crew. The first time I called Mark, he came the same day and found I just needed a breaker switched on. He didn't charge me for the trip and I was shocked and awed. He earned my business forever.

Today Rick came and saved the day, my lights weren't working and I had a new tenant moving in tomorrow. He was so competent and fixed everything quickly, with such a great attitude. I got Mark's information from my local handyman and gave him a call for a switch of an outlet from 240 to 120, and another outlet fix. Mark was super responsive and got back to me right away and even though he was already tied up on another project for the entire weekend... he got me connected with one of his team members (Gene) to come and do the work the very next day.
Gene was super outstanding, friendly, a stand up guy, honest, and professional in every step of the way.
He explained to me how the people from best buy had managed to short the outlet and I was fortunate enough not to have a fire break out.

He then proceeded to explain to me all of the steps involved in the fix, cleaned up the wiring, and did the other outlet. His job was super clean and pristine and he showed me the end result of everything working properly as it should be.

Gene worked fast and was super efficient.
I would in a heartbeat use Bright Electric again and would call Gene for any and all of my future electrical needs.
Don't even waste your time looking for another electrician and give Bright Electric a call ASAP for all of your electrical needs.
