Randy P.I had called a number of electric companies including Samson's . & tsunami amoung others , was trying to get ball park figure on replacing the old electrical wires /meter on my house rather hard winter pretty beat up.. lot of smoke blown up my backside including No call ///no show after saying would come out .. so here come's Paul koop owner of Bright electric ,wow what a pleasant surprise ... upfront ,no nonsense great price .. and he showed up took care of getting disconnect /connect installed in matter of hours very great experience .. I'll give him this he is a stand up guy walked into my house left door open my escape artist Riley a puppy ran off hey helped me catch her and all was well.. would not use or recommend any one but these people for you electric need .. you call they show no hassle and very reasonable unlike the other guys .. there No shows ...

They came to my house the day after my evening call and completed a simple job professionally and respectfully. I wish I had more that I needed completed at this time to make up for the service call fee. I'll plan better next time.
Lauren J.Be advised, Bright Services will charge you a ""service fee"" of $249 just to show up at your house. This is far and beyond anything I have ever experienced with other contractors in the Fairbanks/North Pole area. I have a rental house and can not always do repairs, but rely on a network of reputable contractors to keep the house up and running. Ten minutes worth of work, no parts needed - $249. I got fleeced and will never use them again.
