We were planning on replacing our range hood ourselves, so we went to Lowe's, bought a hood, brought it home, and immediately realized we needed a little help. We called Bright City and Nadav called me back immediately. He agreed to come by and give us a free estimate. Other contractors wanted us to pay for the visit, while one other quoted a price sight unseen, in the high $300s. He arrived, checked out our setup, and briefly described how he'd go about doing an install. We weren't quite sure what we wanted to do so he jumped in and said, ""look, as long as I'm here, let me at least help you guys out a little bit. I'll prep the hood and walk you through the steps."" He unpacked the new hood, and prepared it for installation. He showed us how to connect the wires and how to mount the hood. He showed us how to attach the vent and how to put in the lights. He then removed the old hood to check the vent and the electrical contacts, and the next thing we knew, he was installing the new hood for us. The total time from our front door to finishing the installation was about 45 minutes. He never gave us a bid, never asked us to pay for his visit, he just did the work because he had the time and he had come all the way out here and our new hood and all the parts were strewn about the kitchen floor. We did compensate him for his time, but it was a fraction of what we were being quoted by other contractors. Nadav did a great job, was very friendly from the beginning, and above all, despite the fact that we hadn't actually hired him, he was extremely professional and treated us like valued clients. He will always be our first call.

Great experience working with Orel from Bright City Electrical. When I first spoke to Orel and described the electrical issue in one of my bedrooms, he immediately knew what was likely causing the problem. Upon arriving and diagnosing, it was exactly as he suspected. Orel was kind and fixed the problem quickly. He also took the time to explain what the problems were and how they were being fixed as he worked. When the job was done, he even took a moment make a recommendation for a fix to an aging light fixture in my closet.

Overall, I'm very happy with the service I received from Orel and Bright City Electrical and will hire them again. Don't bother getting quotes elsewhere as their rates are very fair.

We called for an estimate because our home needed a conduit placed to power our washer and dryer. We previously received estimates from other companies, but received very steep pricing. They were able come the same day to provide a competitive estimate and felt that our technician was knowledgeable and cared about doing the best they could for us. They installed the conduit with a minimally invasive approach within a few days of the initial visit. They ensured we had everything working properly. Will be using them again for future projects. Great, speedy service and very happy with our experience!

I was fortunate enough to be recommended to this company by a good friend.
The technician arrived within a couple of hours, completed multiple jobs in very short order, including hanging a new light fixture,changing a malfunctioning electrical outlet and repaiing a recessed light. He was efficient, clean and his work was impeccable.
My biggest surprise was how reasonable the price was for the work done.
