The time from search to repair was outstanding. I didn't think I would get same day service. Tony, arrived and was very professional and explained the process and payment method. He diagnosed the issue and was able to solve our mystery breaker tripping. I would definitely suggest calling Bright Bulb Electric. Tony even gave us a quote to replace our complete breaker box with a new 200a one. Will be seeing Bright Bulb again real soon.

We had two fans that needed to be installed and an outlet that had outlived the mount it was in and had sunk into the wall. Tony came out and was on time.

Tony reviewed what needed to get accomplished and started to work. The main issue was that where we wanted one fan the old box was too small and wouldn't have supported a fan. He had to go into our attic to replace the electrical box. Because we have blown insulation the work was slow and dusty. Tony worked very hard and got every thing set up. Once the new box was in, the fan went right up.

The second fan was easier, but had its own issues. Modern ceiling fan with two controller head units that had to be mounted in a specific way. Tony had difficulty, but worked it out without getting frustrated.

The outlet was installed in a box that had to be 60 years old and was falling apart in the wall. Tony got down on his hands and knees and got working on it. Tony was able to fix the box.

Tony was very friendly and worked very hard. The price was reasonable and I would easily recommend Bright Bulb if Tony is any example of their workers.

Tony did a great job with installing a circuit breaker and adding a 240v line for my electric tankless water heater project. My subpanel was old and did not have a lot of space. But Tony was able to move some circuits around and make the space that was needed for the breaker. I had a bunch of different quotes from other companies, but they all wanted to upsell me to upgrade my panel (thousands of dollars). But this was the only company that actually sent out a tech to take a look at what they can do. Because of that, Tony, discovered that there was space and earned my business. Ask for TONY when you call!

Johnathan, our tech, was amazing. We had 2 outlets on the outside of the house that were wiggly, and another outlet in the house that had a broken USB port. He only charged us for the outlet that needed replacement, and tightened up the other outlets for us. He didn't have the outlet that we needed, so he went out to buy and came back to replace it. He was very patient with our son, who has a disability. Our son was very interested in our visitor (the tech) and he assured me that everything was OK, and that it was no bother. My husband and I will definitely be calling this company again in the future.
