My outside breaker needed fixing. The Electrician from Bright Bay Electric came and looked it over. It was a big job which I had already had conclude. He gave me an estimate as to the time it was to take to fix it the importance to get it fixed quickly and how much it was gonna cost. He was able to get everything taken care of in two days and did a great job.

Good thing: they do get job done,

BUT:
- they miss their scheduled appointments and pretend it's supposed to be that way (no ""sorry, [explanation]"" - just ""we will come tomorrow"")
- they don't check their emails regularly, so when your inspection gets rescheduled, you are going to learn about it around the noon next day. (Yes I did text and call them the day before inspection - no reply).
- they communicate through texting, but when you text them first they don't reply -- no matter how many texts you send (""oh, I just read it and forget to answer - you know how it happens when the message gets marked as read"" - SERIOUSLY? Do something about it you have issues of this kind)
- they response rate of phone calls is about 40-50%
- they will waste your time and tell you that you are ""acting like a child"" trying to get meaningful information from them.

So if you have too much of free time and no deadlines, you may try working with these people. Otherwise - not recommended.

Not cheap but go the extra mile. Fast response and excellent work. Resolved my issue very quickly.
