What a complete waste of my time. I wanted a sound system in my man cave and Dominique came by the house for a consultation. He was a friendly, pleasant young man to deal with, we talked about a couple ways to go, and he took copious notes, telling me he'd have an estimate in a couple hours. That didn't happen, and it turned out he ""passed along"" the estimate to another guy, who 2 days later quoted a system completely unrelated to everything Dominique and I had discussed at length. I explained that to the guy who did the quote, and his second attempt wasn't much better, and significantly more expensive than one of their competitors who actually paid attention and quoted exactly what we had discussed. Obviously I will not be using them and would not recommend them. Very disappointing and hard to understand how their process could be so dysfunctional.

I used Bright Audio Video to automate my entire home. Now I control everything in my home from a single app that runs on iPhone, iPad and Android devices. EVERYTHING (Cable, AppleTV, DVD, Lights, Security Cameras, TV, Audio, Automatic Shades, Locks & Garage Doors) in EVERY room & outside too (landscape speakers & automatic screens on the porch). Now I have a drawer full of remotes that I know longer need.

They were very consultative and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. They were on time & on budget as per what they quoted. They kept everything tidy as they worked and were most knowledgeable walking the family through the new system.

These guys are pros!
