Company Overview

A proud 21-year veteran of the US Navy, I served as an Electrician's Mate. I engaged in continuous learning to stay updated in my field.

In 2002, after my Navy retirement, I understood that working again would maintain my mental acuity. Brian Schmidt is the founder of Brian's Electric & Property Management. After his Navy service, he relocated to Florida for some relaxation. But after 13 years of downtime, he experienced boredom and opted to utilize his skills.

Brian takes genuine pleasure in working on electrical projects, no matter their size. He feels a rush when he flips the switch at the end of a project, watching it spring to life.
