Company Overview

A proud 21-year veteran of the US Navy, I served as an Electrician's Mate. Throughout my career, I pursued continuous education to enhance my skills.

After retiring from the Navy in 2002, I realized that returning to work would help keep my mind sharp. Brian Schmidt leads Brian's Electric & Property Management. He settled in Florida post-Navy to unwind and enjoy life. However, after 13 years of leisure, he found himself feeling restless and decided to put his skills to use.

Brian takes genuine pleasure in working on electrical projects, no matter their size. He feels a rush when he flips the switch at the end of a project, watching it spring to life.
