Brian is the best. He is very professional, honest and very patient. Brian arrived at our place on Saturday to install a new fan and little did we realize the rod was way short for our unit. Instead of giving up right on the spot, Brian kindly offered to go get the part for us. We ended up rescheduling bc we had to leave the house by a certain time to make a previous engagement. He came back within a week and completed the job without any delay. Another thing we like about him which has nothing to do with his work is how devoted he is to his family. That goes to his character. :)

Where do I began? Brian came out to my home to replace some electrical switches and outlets in house. Out with the old ivory look from the 70s and 80s and in with the white Decora switches. I was hesitant in doing the work myself because the switches were digital, motion detectors, and on an older house the electrical doesn't have a green grounding wires. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work. Brian accessed the situation and quickly went to work. He is very laid back with no sales pressure. In fact, he asked me to go get additional estimates for the work to be done. This in itself speaks volumes. I am all for supporting our local small companies. Thanks for all the good work Brian !!!!

When an electrical box mysteriously failed, Brian arrived and expertly determined the possible cause(s), checked all breakers in the main and sub-panels, tested various line circuits, and determined the cause. Replaced a breaker, repurposed a circuit and problem solved. Also identified other electrical deficiencies and provided expert solutions on how I could self-repair the issues, no pressure to sell himself, just experienced professional advice.

Brian just helped us with a dryer issue. I thought it was the cord, it was actually the outlet. He came by on an Sunday, fixed the outlet, provided me with a lot of useful information to avoid risk of fire, was very friendly, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Brian replaced a ceiling light/fan for our bathroom. Required a combination of electrical work, attic work, cutting drywall, and mechanical skills. Did a very nice job in a couple of hours for a very reasonable price. Will certainly use him again.

Great experience with Brian Jones! He was prompt, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He replaced a broken doorbell with a new one and rewired a toaster oven with a longer cord. Did a great job and we were very pleased with his work. We will definitely call him again with any electrical work we need done.
