The electrician who came out was totally inept. He barely even pretended to diagnose the problem, then called his boss, who called us to try to sell us parts and service we didn't need for hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Ended up fixing it ourselves for free, which we should have done in the first place. Total scam. Stay away!

Recently you had one of of these guys out at my property. He came out to my property to fix electrical problem which just ended up being a lose wire in one of the outlets and also in a 210 outlet in the garage. He spent 3 hours trying to figure out where the lose wire was which there are only 6 outlets and 2 switches on our guest house. Said he could not finish all the work and would come out the next day on his own to fix so it wouldn't cost as much. I paid him $450.00 cash that night. Then the next day he came out and finish the job he was suppose to originally fix the day before and charged me another $400.00. Do not use this company unless you want to get ripped off.

Very polite individual over the phone, but extremely unreliable. I took a day off work because he made an appointment at 11:30am. I waited till 12:30 and he was a no show. So I texted him to see if he was lost. He apologized via text and said he will be here between 4-6. He again didn't show up or respond. My final text @ 8:18 pm telling him that I have been home all day and I was concerned about him and hoped that he was OK. Still no response. Folks, this is NOT the way to run a small service business. Texts don't lie. Do yourselves a favor and hire someone who is extremely responsive and CARES about their clients.

Wednesday night, I had the power go out which only affected the front of the house so I called SMUD. When attempting to reset the breaker failed, SMUD advised me to call an electrician. After reading all of the positive reviews for Brian Electric, I called him the following morning. I explained I had to work but would be home around 2:00pm. A technician arrived within 20 minutes and was able to reset the breaker for me. I only paid the $55 fee for the visit which was fine with me. Another company said they come out for free but would charge $89 to reset the breaker so I was really happy with Brian Electric. They did not push me into any other service and I respect this. Roy from Brian Electric appears to be either too busy to deliver honest, on-time, and complete estimates or he is running a sham business. My review is very similar to that of Abdul, but I was fortunate enough to avoid paying for a jacked-up, unnecessary service that he quoted me $1,900 for. I wound up paying $200 from another electrician. Roy's disrespect for a customer's time and resources is a poor selling point, and he should not be trusted with your money or time. Avoid this business!

I had a whole house fan that stopped working. Took some major effort to find the problem but he found it. Great to work with. Super friendly. And super reasonable pricing. I will be using him for future electrical work.

These people are nothing but Lies and pretence. I am very unhappy with what they did for $2,750. They even never showed up to program the transfarmer which they installed for my ground lights. I dont know who hires them but people only find out, like I did about their horrible service..... Dont call them, They are rip offs.........

I had lost power to different areas of my house after trying to plug something in and the power was down for over a month. I had tried for weeks to get other electricians out here. But when I found Roy and called him he sent an electrician out right away the same day ! Sam the electrician he sent was so smart and fixed the problem he showed me the problem before he fixed it and he made a problem that I thought was so much bigger seem so much smaller and he took care of it right away. I will happily refer this company to anyone who has electrical issues or installation needs!

Todd was amazing! My main breaker failed last night and he actually ran to the warehouse and found the breaker I needed and installed it last night at 10 PM and at a reasonable price for a nighttime emergency call Thank you guys so much!
