A storm pulled my overhead electric service off my home. Brevard electric worked with FPL to schedule and have my service updated to underground and service box on my home repaired. They were very friendly, showed up on time for each scheduled event to come over and the job was completed as expected with no problems. I will use again and recommend.

We scheduled a day to have four lighting fixtures installed in our kitchen to replace the recessed lights in there now. We made the appointment on 1/5 to have them here on 1/13 between 1 and 2PM. No one ever showed up. Called and we were told ""oh we thought it was NEXT Friday"". So we rescheduled for today, 1/16 since we were both off work for the holiday. The electricians came out and said ""oh we don't have the parts to do the installation since you need four adapters for the fixture cups"". They said they'd need to order the parts & rescheduled for this Friday, 1/20.

At this point we called and cancelled. Don't want to chance on being stood up again OR have a half-assed installation. At NO point did they try to make things right in the form of a discount, just a half-hearted ""sorry, maybe next time"". Do NOT go with these people unless you want a lot of aggravation included in the price.

Tried for three days to get them left messages. Finally received a return call and they made a appointment for me three thirty to four thirty it is five twenty no show up and no call saying there not going to be there for appointment I Cancelled a appointment to be there suggested to my Realtor to find some one reliable. I having owned a Business for Twenty Five Years always had a way for my Customers to contact me I was Contractor with Fifty Eight Employees
