Met with Neil (the owner) to discuss two major electrical projects: hard-wiring the house for internet, and installing can lighting and some hallway lighting. Neil gave us the estimate, and stuck with it. We changed many things as we went, but Carl (Neil's right-hand man) was incredibly easy to work with, and Neil kept us informed of cost changes due to our changes. Bottom line: hard-wired internet is perfect, allowing hard-wired wireless routers to be used throughout the house (no repeaters any more), and the new can lighting and hallway lights are just excellent. Neil and Carl are men of their word, working WITH you (never assuming anything), doing excellent work in attics (installing internet wiring, cans and 120-V wiring), and doing great work when walls have to be opened up (and patched). Highly recommend these guys. Their work is so good you feel like they're working on their own house. Disclaimer: Neil and I are good friends, but I would have no problem not using him again if his work wasn't up to our standards. But Breakers IS that good, and I'm glad that I can both use him again, and recommend him to others.
