I've been coming to Daniel since 2017 when i discovered his shop looking for a breaker, and i can tell you that there is nobody more knowledgeable or helpful in the industry. He will go above and beyond including afterhours assistance in case of emergency. He values customer loyalty greatly.
His prices are far better than any other privately owned electrical supply business and I've shopped all around southern California.... and he has never hesitated to take back any components or products that have not worked.

people like to complain it's the nature of the industry but wouldn't go anywhere else unless i had to. Its Funny you really can't miss the no return policy sign its not Walmart lol (other posts).

Thank you, Daniel, for years of support and lately the custom last minuet high voltage gear you constructed for me approved and certified by UL reps. i was able to complete a high-profile job. nobody else would have been able to provide this service.

Return policy SUCKS here. By law, they have to mention the no return policy before purchasing any item. Not just post a sign that says it. There is also no statement on the receipt that says ""no return"" ..

They gave two different quotes on a breaker through the phone and in person.

Other than that, I will not be returning here... there are other stores that have better pricing and quality. My 2 cents.

This guy has to be the worst business person I ever met. I will never do business with him again. He renigged on the deal we made. He made B. S. Excuse as to why he did it. I went through considerable trouble to fulfill my terms of the deal. When I mentioned this to him he just shrugged his shoulders like it was no big deal that he wasted my time. My impression was that he was under some sort of pressure and couldn't handle it. I understand how that can be but when you give your word it's no excuse. How can I trust this guy in the future.

Dan, the owner is one of the nicest guys. He is knowledgeable beyond expectations. I won't go anywhere else for breakers, boxes or anything related.

Not reliable and overall bad attitude. Had an email thread for days about picking up a breaker. They didn't have exactly what we needed but worked with what they had. Was told they had the inventory and sent in payment. When I arrived the part was not there. And instead of trying to fix it try's to blame us.
I would recommend spending your time and business elsewhere.

Breaker Depot is the place to get all your electrical needs at a great price. Dan and his team shows up when you need them especially when you are in a bind. Dan come to my place to switch out my main breaker after hours because he knew my shop wasn't running due to the issues. He did not have to do that but he did and it was much appreciated. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He knows he's got me as a customer for life. Thanks again Dan and the Breaker Depot team for getting us back up and running.

Breaker depot has helped me out of a bind more than a few times. Running a business is tough, but when your power isn't flowing, it's an immediate crisis. Danny has helped me on more than one occasion now. His work is more than top notch and the service is above and beyond. He makes you feel like a return customer the first time and you know you will be back again. I always take him last minute projects that need quick fixes and he delivers every single time. Offers to help and then backs out and says he's too busy with other projects. Ended up wasting two days relying on a solution suggested by this guy who then says he can't help me. This place is just another spot to get breakers, I wouldn't rely on them for anything else.
