Definitely recommend!

Jon and Paul at BRE did a panel upgrade at my house to 200A, and also installed grounding rods, a new mast, and brought up a subpanel's wiring to code.

Great work, honest, local.

Also had Jon back to install GFI outlets, run wiring for a whole house fan and a bathroom fan, and install outlets in the garage.
