I have a 22' high ceiling and needed to replace the fan. I'd called three other companies and two of them gave more ballpark figures of $175 - $300, with a fourth company wanting to send out a man to estimate the job (they did after much chagrin, and he showed up alone with no help, and gave me a discounted price of $506). Branham's person on the phone spoke with her operations manager and got back to me with a price of $295. They said they could be there in three days to do the job, which was faster than the others (with the exception of the $506 company that took two days with delays even to get one guy out there).

So I scheduled the install at 7:45AM. Two guys showed up at 7:45AM, brought in their 16 foot ladder which was almost a three man job getting that thing in the air. They had the old fan removed, the new fan up, and took the old fan with them to junk it rather than me having to haul it to the front yard. Total price was $295. I must say the service was outstanding. On time, no problems, courteous, and did a great job. I had actually used Branham to install the original fan back in 2003. Good to know there's some good companies out there with good employees. I told him I was sort of interested in replacing my foyer light and he said they have an office in Elgin that carries a full assortment of chandeliers and lights and could get anything I wanted. Looks like I may have to pay them a visit. Highly recommend them for any ceiling fan installs!

Customer service women answering the phones were great...that's where the greatness stops.
My neighborhood was built and we ALL have the same problem with our lights on the outside of our home. Theu rusted within a couple of months of having them installed. We were td they would be replaced when we did our year walk through. I even asked if I could pay an upgrade cost amd get better quality lights because I knew they were faulty and should be recalled because they were not painted correctly, or something. A light should not rust after just a couple of months.
Of course I was told they were no longer under warranty so I went to the owner of the building company and was told he would look into it because I was so upset and was trying to work it out for not just me but for the whole neoghborhood.
Thos morning as I am still waiting on a call from Branham, some guy shows up and starts replacing my lights...with the SAME lights that have rusted on EVERY HOUSE!!
I called the company and asked why they did not call me before sending someone out because I did not want the same lights because they are faulty. The woman, Jennifer, told me they took it out of her hands and there was nothing she could do.
Now I am going to have to go and spend more money on new lights and install them myself. I get it, its not that difficult a job, but WHY should I have to replace all the lights on my new home because someone is selling low quality lights?! And why are they STILL using these same lights that I know for a fact have had multiple complaints!!
I offered to pay the upgrade fee, but instead of working with me they just show up with the same poor quality lights and just started putting them up on my house.
Not cool...
Hey, maybe they are great installers, but I wouldn't trust the quality of materials they are using. Look somewhere else or purchase your own materials and let them install. And keep ALL your warranty info handy and keep an eye on the materials!
