Switch and wiring on our ceiling fan got really weird, turning on and off in the middle of the night. Mr. Bramer came out promptly, we looked at the circuitry and figured out it was likely rodent mischief in the attic. He crawled up there and repaired the wiring, cleaned things up and charged a fair price. Plus, he's a nice guy. I likely have a couple of more fun electrical projects that I'll ask him to do in the future, when I've got the $ and inclination. Thanks!

As other customers here on Yelp have reported, not professional. Provided us a quote more than double my other 2 quotes combined. We still followed up though with both a call and text inquiring about his availability. No response. Nothing. Fully ghosted us. Ignore your customers. Nice business model.

We had him do electrical and we thought he did great. I called him back for more electrical work and he at first said he was just coming back from a trip and he set the date. We waited and on that day I called him and asked him where he was. I left a message no return call. I called again, I emailed. I assume he is out of business. The new electrician looked over the work he did in the ceiling and found it inferior. It's a shame because we liked him.

Wasn't actually able to hire them so I can't say anything about the quality of work but communication is abysmal. The first appointment he was an hour late. Then told me he would send me a quote that night and it is now 8 days later and still no quote. After reaching out to him all week, I get a message 4 days ago saying ""Oh yeah I was in Santa Cruz, I'll send it tonight.""... Still no quote. I ended up going with another electrician who has basic communication skills.
