We hired Bradley to replace our electrical panel. The office administrator, Melissa G., is beyond incompetent. Because of her personal bungling with the schedule, including failure to contact Edison with the proper days' notice, and failure to coordinate with the City of Palm Springs inspectors, we were without power for FIVE DAYS!
She sent me an email when the job was over stating that ""everything went well."" Sure. It went well for her, but it definitely did NOT go well for us.
If FIVE DAYS doesn't seem like a big deal to be without power, I recommend you unplug your refrigerator, lose what's in your freezer, turn off your water heater (pilot light is electric), so cold showers, bye-bye morning coffee and hair dryer, no TV, no music, can't charge your cell phone, no wifi, and sit in a dark house with only flashlights for lights for five days.
After you've done that, let me know if FIVE DAYS without power is a big deal or not.

Find a different electrician. They are not honest with their billing practices (they charge by the hour and over-report the time, driving up your bill), and if you do not pay the amount they over-report, they send your account to a collection agency. It's like extortion!! RUN.

Bill Bradley is not an ethical businessman.
Be vary wary of his billing practices and make sure you look at every bill closely and make sure he only sends ONE technician out

Larry came to my house, and did his magic with a defective and used ceiling fan I purchased. He managed to install the product and make it look good and working properly after all. I am so happy with these guys.

Beware of this company , I read reviews on Yelp and thought maybe I should try them out. I called them and bill came to my house and gave me a quote which was very reasonable and I agreed to have them run power and install ceiling fans in two rooms. Work was done and workers were very nice! After I was contacted and was billed for a completely different price that I was quoted which was very ridiculous. Complained and complained but they didn't give to shits what I had to say all they worried about was getting their money .. I will never use this company again and make sure that everyone I know that needs electrical done knows to stay away from Bradley's electric.

I would NEVER use this company again and am currently pursuing legal action against them. After breaking a light fixture they installed, having one of two men watch while the other installed light fixtures and then walking off the job before completing the work that the owner, Mr, Bradley, agreed to perform, the company sent our account to a collections service.
We paid the bill after deducting for breaking the light fixture and walking off the job, but the company refused to honor our claim and sent our account to collections. We are now pursuing legal action against both the company and the collections agency.

I thought people should know about my experience with Bradley Electric. They were referred to me by another contractor. I called them to see if they'd give me a price to do some work for me from some plans. They gave me their email address and I emailed them, asking if they received my email. No response. A few days went by, so I called them back, and asked if they ever got the email. The lady that answered said there was no plans attached. I said, I know, I wanted to make sure you got my email before I sent you the plans. She said it looks like spam, and then hung up on me. I called back, no answer, voicemail. I left a VM. I wanted people to know about my experience with Bradley Electric, so perhaps they don't waste their time with them like I did.

I was referred to Bradley Electric. I had a very challenging job. There were two, 13 light pendant fixtures with 10 lbs. (each) lead crystal lights. Bradley Electric had to follow guidelines in the installation manual and build a box reinforcement square in the ceiling joists. These fixtures are over 100 lbs. each. Once they built the ceiling support system, then they went to the electrical. They sourced the exact model LED dimmer this unit required, and did beautiful electric work without cutting up the drywall. The 2 installers were incredibly careful and considerate of my home, and really took care to keep it clean. Drop cloths everywhere, and careful work. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who is seeking not the least expensive, but rather the best electrical contractor. I'm 100% pleased. Money well-spent.
