Brian at BR Electric provided us with same-day service, precise troubleshooting, and efficiently fixed all of our electrical issues in a proficient manner.

Additionally, Brian went above and beyond the call of duty. We discovered there were parts missing from the chandelier we purchased and wanted Brian to install.

Instead of simply asking us to return the product and reschedule another appointment, he went with us to the store to ensure all of the parts were present and accounted for in the replacement unit.

Unfortunately, there was no more of the chandelier we wanted in stock. Leveraging his goodwill as a high-value customer at that store, Brian was able to work with the store manager to help us procure all of the necessary missing parts on the spot.

Honestly, how many of you can say you get this level of service from your contractors? Brian is now our go-to electrician going forward.

I called Brian to help me troubleshoot a dead electrical outlet in the garage. Brian was able to squeeze me in within a 2hr window same day. Upon arrival Brian was professional and very quickly I get a sense that he knows this electrical business inside and out.

Very quickly Brian was able to figured out I have a short in the house and located the offending outlet in order to fix the downstream outlets. I am amazed at the speed he works, basically in and out in 30mins and I have a working outlet again.

Brian's rate was good and doesn't try to sell things to me that I don't need or inflate my issues into a large replacement project. He's honest, fair and tells it like it is. I highly recommend BR Electric and will not hesitate to call Brian again for any of my future electrical needs.

I called Brian again to help us replace our whole tesla charging station. He had did my install back in 2014 and it has always worked great, but I think my husband over our charger and messed it up. It was able to charge two model s all these years with not even a problem! We are in Danville San Ramon area and Brian lives close by and was able to come the very same day to fix any problem that he can fix, but The charger is messed up cause I think my husband ran over it with his car.. he won't admit that though! Brian looked at it and told me to get a new charger cause that's what's broken and he'll come and install it for me. So I got a new charger the next day, and he was able to come by late that very same day to help do the install. He's our man! When we want something done, we need it done right and right away! Brian from BR Electric is able to do that. I highly recommend him!

A friend recommended BR Electric to me. I'd been trying to get an electrician to give me an estimate, or return my e-mail to no avail. I won't name the other companies whom I'm guessing are so busy they don't feel the need to respond, but I will be calling Brian and his team for my future electrical needs.

Brian returned my call promptly. He also told me that he was coming to San Francisco and could work me in which was great. He and his assistant installed a new outlet with no additional holes or damage to my walls, working within the existing framework. Bonus!

I appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves, leaving no tacks, sawdust, etc., for me to clean.

Brian also repaired a broken light fixture for me in the garage. Do yourself a favor and call Brian and his team. Their prices are fair, and more importantly, they do the work in a timely way and get back to you.

Not very responsive. Not very professional anymore. You have to reply to your customers. You must have good customer service. If you can't do the job, just say ""you can't do the job"". A simple text message or phone call will do.

BR Electric Team just hooked it up!!! I was going to do this install myself but I decided that I didn't want to take any chances so decided to call a pro. Called Brian based on Yelp reviews and you guys were right on point. I left him a message on Monday morning, called me back a few hours later to set a time to check my electrical infrastructure Wednesday evening. We sat a time to install for Friday morning. Brian is so down to earth. He's like that really cool kid in school that everyone gets along with. He was punctual and job was done clean! They ran a metal conduit all the way from the electrical panel. It's very hard to find a professional tradesman these days when you need one. I have peace of mind that I got an electrician friend to call in the future.

I just wanted to say a big ""Thank You"" to BR Electric and the Owner Brian Ramirez who made my entertaining area under my awning amazing. It is winter and I want to be outside watching more than inside. He hung my TV secure on the studs. Brought a double outlet box from the inside to the outside wall and made the TV to where no wires were showing. The best part was his suggestion to put LED light strips on the back of the TV that light up the wall behind the TV that gives off an awesome look. I thought he was very professional and the Price was Fair! I will definitely be calling BR Electric for all my Electric needs and already have projects we talked about that would look nice. Brian always puts the customer first and always communicates which i appreciate.

Brian came to give an estimate after work which was very reasonable. Recommended a 100 amp circuit for my new Tesla wall charger for my new model 3. I think it's the right decision.
Came in on Saturday and had it installed in 1.5 hours. His work was excellent and clean. He put the unit at the right height so theres enough room for the cables. The m3 now charges at 48 amps where it used to be 15. Brian takes his job seriously.
He even gave me a free tune up of my panel and tightened up everything.
