Dan Bechtel has deep roots in the construction industry. His career includes roles at Jack LaLane Spas and Lawrence Welk Resorts in construction and maintenance. In 1989, during a downturn in real estate, he lost his job but won a commercial vacuum cleaner at a Dunn Edward Golf tournament. This inspired him to launch Dan Bechtel Maintenance Services, providing janitorial and handyman services for real estate companies in the Temecula Valley. In 1995, he earned his Contractor's License #772761, leading to the formation of BPSI Construction and Maintenance, which serves commercial, industrial, and public agency properties in Southern California. Dan believes in continually reinventing oneself and one’s business to adapt to new trends and technologies.
