Dan Bechtel grew up immersed in the construction field. His career includes roles at Jack LaLane Spas and Lawrence Welk Resorts in construction and maintenance. In 1989, during a downturn in real estate, he lost his job but won a commercial vacuum cleaner at a Dunn Edward Golf tournament. This motivated him to establish Dan Bechtel Maintenance Services, offering janitorial and handyman services to real estate firms in the Temecula Valley. In 1995, he obtained his Contractor's License #772761, which evolved into BPSI Construction and Maintenance, serving commercial, industrial, and public agency properties across Southern California. Dan advocates for constant reinvention of oneself and one’s business to stay aligned with emerging trends and technologies.
