My name is Shirley Phillips and I am the President of the Villa West Condo in Inglewood, California. We painted our complex in 2019 and I always wanted to upgrade our building lights. I had been trying to get this project done for a few years and finally found an organization that could complete this project.
Our Property Manager found Boysen Electrical and within days of communication they sent our Daniel Barroso to take pictures of our building and survey what needed to be done to replace the lights. We were looking for the latest on lights that would provide energy savings and to give lighting that would protect our buildings. Ms. Ednita Araujo, the Office Manager kept me abreast every step of the way. We wanted a design that would fit the building so we would not have to paint. The lighting fixtures she picked were perfect. The installers, Erik Sponholz and Jorge De Leon came on time, were very professional and courteous and did a beautiful job. They cleaned up the area and was such a dream team to work with. I have spoken to some of our owners/tenants and they are very pleased with the lighting at the complex now and feel safer at night. I am super pleased.
I would strongly recommend this Company for your lighting and electrical needs.

I live in Casa verdes estates (Complex Building) My management company hired them to do electrical work on the AC on the roof. We were supposed to be without air conditioning for 1-2 hours. Boysen Electrical blew a fuse and decided not to replace it and went home. I contacted my management company and they informed me that Boysen Electrical will come back and fix it tomorrow. What kind of trash company breaks something and then doesn't even fix it the same day and leaves 15 units without AC over a fuse? They only care about their wallet and not about any of the people they are servicing.

UPDATE:
they came back at ~6pm and worked until 9pm to get it working. Updating my score to a 4 because while they made a mistake, people make mistakes and they came back and worked hard to fix it. would give a 4.5 if possible

They did some electric service for us. Changed a couple outlets and troubleshooting a breaker issue. They charge a service fee and add on the remaining cost of the repair which was reasonable.

Daniel and his team are outstanding. I am the President of our Condo Association. Daniel and his team replaced most of the lightning and converted much of it to LED in our building. Daniel and his team showed up on time, were polite, worked with little noise and no disruption to the homeowners. They left the building spotless. Daniel explains very well what needs to be done. I now use them for my personal electrical needs.
