I do not recommend this business. Boxcar the Handyman. I reached out for a free quote, and received a reply. Chris Seals, was a very pleasant man who knew his trade. I needed a quote for electrical work. He talked about his skill background, pets, car, and stories from his past. Seemed like a very legit man. We have the same model car, and his showed me all his upgrades and how he came to get the car, the Waze App on his phone. He spent time talking to me like a real person. I appreciated it. I was really looking to hire him. He told me he would send me the quote later that evening or the next day as it was late in the evening. 2 days and no quote later, I decided to contact him via text, and email. He never responded. I called and left voicemail. He never called back. I called again and he answered, then when he realized it was me, he hung up. I have all communication with him saved and dated. Every text, email, and phone record. Even the recording of him hanging up on me. He gave me a color business card and everything. He says he treats his customers like family..... if he didn't want or could not do the job, all he had to do was tell me upfront. I respect honesty.
